"The location is fantastic and super easy to find. Just exit Meitetsu Station West Exit, cross one main road, and turn a corner – you'll be there in under five or six minutes. It's incredibly convenient for taking the Meitetsu Line, Meitetsu bus, JR, and Shinkansen.
The room cleanliness was impeccable. I opted for the eco-clean option and received four tokens for the vending machine, which I could use to buy drinks. I think this is such a brilliant idea – it lightens the load for the cleaning staff while also benefiting guests.
Finally, the service was incredibly warm and friendly, and all the directions and information provided were crystal clear. There was one lady at the front desk who was particularly enthusiastic and had a wonderful attitude; she was always smiling, making for a truly excellent experience. Thumbs up! 👍"

"Hotel was clean and affordable, with all amenities provided and many toiletries available in the lobby for free. They let us leave our bags as we arrived several hours before check in, and also let us leave our bags for free for several hours after check out. Bed was comfortable, but sheets were quite synthetic and plastic feeling. Fine for one night!"

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent, which was the main reason I booked it. Metro Exit 10 has an elevator, and it's just a 5-minute walk past a 7-Eleven to reach the hotel. You check in yourself at the lobby on the second floor. There's free luggage storage nearby, and a pantry with ice available, which is a great touch. The laundry room also provides complimentary disposable items, a very thoughtful variety! The room size was ample enough for two suitcases, and it was cleaned daily. Overall, a very satisfying stay. There are also famous fried chicken spots and many local restaurants around the hotel. Great value for money, highly recommend!"

"Getting to the hotel from the airport is super easy: just take the Meitetsu Line straight to Nagoya Station, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk from there. Nagoya Station is great for shopping, with department stores like Takashimaya and JR Tower, plus tons of restaurants and shopping streets. You'll find everything from hitsumabushi (grilled eel) to Komeda Coffee and Ichiran Ramen. The 7-Eleven nearby even offers tax refunds.
The front desk staff were really friendly and had excellent English. On the first floor, you can help yourself to various toiletries and tea bags. The room was a bit small but perfectly fine. Breakfast included both Western options like bread and salad, and Japanese dishes. If you want your room cleaned, you need to let the front desk know in the morning. For fresh towels, just put them in the bag provided and hang it on your doorknob. The only downside was that the breakfast menu never changed."

"Room is clean although small, hotel located close to subway station which is just one station away from Nagoya station, making moving around very easy. Hotel provided 3 separate beds for us, 3 travelers, which is very nice and rare to find in Nagoya. Breakfast was good and service nice. Yes, air conditioner and heating are centrally controlled, but temperature setting was quite nice for us. If you feel too hot or cold, you can turn off heating or air conditioner in your room by yourself."

There are several large department stores and drugstores nearby, making shopping easy. There are also plenty of dining options in the vicinity. The staff are very enthusiastic. The room isn't huge, but it's well laid out, and the bed isn't very big, which is perfect for a solo traveler. You can pick up yukata and various toiletries yourself. The breakfast is good, with delicious local specialties. You can store your luggage, and the lobby is a great spot to relax with a coffee. Excellent!"

"Our group of three females arrived and was denied check-in because the rooms were for ”Males Only.”
This restriction was not clearly stated during the selection process. On the Trip.com interface, several room options were explicitly labeled [Male Only]. However, the rooms we selected had no gender label in the title. As a consumer, it is logical to assume that if one option is marked ”Male Only” and another is not, the unlabeled option is for females or unisex. This critical information was omitted from the main room title and only found deep in the reservation details after booking. This is misleading UI design for a gender-restricted property.
We were stranded at the airport without accommodation due to this lack of transparency, without refund, and told that it was solely our fault.
However, despite sudden show up, Toyoko inn welcome us with cheaper price, better room and free breakfast. I highly recommended Toyoko inn.
Thank you TUBE Sq for your kind support, but please response to our cancellation request due to this whole nonsense error.

"Room size was decent! Bed and floor were clean, but the hangers and shelves had a visible layer of dust. Rooms are accessible by QR code or a PIN code which are convenient, but be mindful during check in if anyone else can hear your room number and code. We asked for a new code for this reason, which the hotel thankfully easily agreed to. Location was good, away from the bustling city but with enough dining options nearby, even a 24h Ichiran!"

Plexus27Location is superb at Sakae area, with 24hr Donki just opposite and a Family Mart at the ground floor. Stores around include Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, ABC Mart, 3 Coins +, drug stores etc. It's walking distance around 10mins to Oasis 21 bus terminal for the direct bus to and fro airport, which I find is more convenient than taking the train as would need to exchange subway line at Nagoya station. Front desk service is good and friendly. We love the free Miso soup and drinks provided, and also amenities like facial wash, moisturiser, mask, very thoughtful gesture. They also help to store my luggage when i went for Takayama for a few days before coming back to check in again for another few days. Queen size bed room is considered spacious, bed is comfy. Just that the pillow that they provided is some kind of special functional pillow but is too thin and flat for my liking. Overall a great stay :)

Guest UserParking is on the street at the back, not hotel's own. Thankfully no rain, or unloading/loading of luggages would be a hassle as you cannot stop at the front of the hotel.
Super near Omicho market which is great!
No smoking room in hotel, need to walk to nearest kombini for smokers.
Cleanliness is good, no issues.
Spacious enough for 4 luggages to open in the room.
Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Yi31The location is really convenient. There's a huge supermarket right next door, and if you book through Trip.com, you even get a 5% discount on your groceries. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to the shopping malls and airport by subway. Whenever I visit, I always choose to stay at Jinshan.

RuguoyunzhidaoThe room size was decent for a solo traveler. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the free breakfast was just okay. The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. It's a 30-minute walk to Nagoya Castle, and all the main shopping areas are within a 7-15 minute walk. Don Quijote is only a 7-minute walk away, and I think the Daikoku Drugstore on the third floor across the street had cheaper items. Overall, it was good value for the price! On the way back, to avoid the hassle of carrying my luggage, I took the airport express for 2000 yen. The hotel is only a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, which was incredibly convenient.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. From Central Japan International Airport, you can take the Meitetsu Line directly to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is just about 600 meters from the exit. There are three major convenience stores nearby – 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson – and a large Aeon supermarket about 800 meters away, making dining, living, and getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels, a 19-square-meter room is considered quite spacious here, and it's clean and tidy. Check-in was very easy, and for check-out, you just insert your card into the machine. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel was very conveniently located, close to the live house we were visiting that weekend. The facilities were very clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. The staff was efficient and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively area of Nagoya, and it was quite noisy outside until late at night. We personally didn’t have any trouble sleeping, and there was no noise from neighboring rooms, but it’s something worth keeping in mind.

Very close to Sakae, about a 10-minute walk. You can find both budget-friendly and high-end shopping there. The airport bus stop is super convenient: turn left out of the hotel, cross the street, then turn right, and it's just a three-minute walk. The subway is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. I booked a twin room, which came with two chairs and a small round table. The space isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. There's a laundry room, an ice machine, and even a microwave on each floor. The only downside was the long wait for the elevator.

TiantianzhuizhumaqidaThe location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.
