"The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. The photo below shows the hotel's location at the station exit."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the station, which made it very useful for my stay in Genoa. The staff were kind and helpful, and I appreciated that they kept my luggage after check-out. The room was simple but had everything I needed for a short stay. The area around the station may require some attention at night, but overall it was a practical and comfortable place to stay."

"We initially booked a suite because the room description listed one double bed and one single bed. I have a 3-year-old child, and double beds in Europe are generally small, so we chose a suite. The pictures also showed that. However, upon arrival, they gave me a double room, saying it was because I hadn't informed them of having a child. They said we would count as two people. Fortunately, they eventually upgraded us to a larger suite. It was a fairly standard budget business hotel, right next to the train station and very close to the cruise terminal. Very convenient."

"Lati positivi:
•Posizione in centro, perfetta.

Great location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony.
The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :)
Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

Anna ValerievnaI would like to express my gratitude to Mariselle and Ilaria for the hospitality! We left Naples and our train was cancelled, we got very hard, and arrived very hard at midnight. Maristella was in touch all the time, wrote a very, very detailed instruction on how to enter the room, left the keys. When we settled at 2:00 a.m., we felt like we were back home. Grecale room was very comfortable, comfortable bed and snowy clothes. Cleaning was every day, hot water went well, air conditioner worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is very successful, from the main station of the minutes 15-20 on foot, we basically walked. The common area was a teapot with tea bags and capsule coffee. On the day of departure nearby no shop worked and we were unable to buy a bus ticket. Thanks to Ilaria, who kindly agreed to buy us an online ticket. Very cozy home hotel, we have a good rest. I would recommend it. Sound isolation is good.

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable!
Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the location was conveniently close to the train station. However, there was no front desk reception, and guests checking in after 11:00 AM needed to contact the hotel in advance, but the contact information was inconvenient; there was no email address, and the phone message wasn't in English. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak; I couldn't connect to the internet once I entered the room.

The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.
