"I absolutely loved my experience in this hotel! I didn't expect too much at first, but it was clean, a soap and shampoo, clean towels were provided. Even the breakfast was included! A wonderful buffet with a huge choice. For me,as a student and female solo traveller, it was an amazing choice with my budget! I highly recommend it, also the staff was super nice."

"The hotel emphasizes its environmental policy, so everything is charged for, and nothing is provided. Even basic amenities like drinking cups for guests are missing; you have to buy them yourself from a nearby Lidl, otherwise, forget about getting water! The room's power switches are incredibly unresponsive, forcing you to wait in the dark for the lights to come on. Furthermore, the refrigerator and heater in the room are unplugged, requiring guests to find a way to plug them back in. Otherwise, you're left without the refrigerator, heater, or air conditioning – a real letdown considering its recent renovation. It's worth mentioning that the staff on the evening of February 17th loved to tell lame jokes. When the air conditioning wasn't working or the refrigerator was out of power, they'd just say, ”Everything in Italy is slow-paced,” when in reality, the hotel had unplugged all the appliances. Guests had to move the appliances around and plug them in themselves. No problem, unless you're disabled, you can figure out and fix the problem yourself. The only redeeming quality was the excellent service and food at the breakfast restaurant. I was very full. On February 18th, the female server with black hair at the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and had excellent service. I suggest the hotel reward her. After all, given the hotel's unusual circumstances, she was the only one who met the standards for a normal hotel stay. She definitely deserves a reward. All the unreasonable aspects of the hotel only highlight her good service!"

"We’ve been here for 1 night, visited Ducati and Lamborghini Museos and Plants. Very nice accommodation with everything you need! Good breakfast, quiet place near heart of Bologna and 5-minutes walk from Bologna Central Station and 10-minutes walk from the heart of the city. Highly recommended hotel, a little bit vintage, but nice and warm 🤗"

"I was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work. I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins. All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza."

"Overall Ok stay. Hotel room was a bit cramped, but very convenient to get to the station of Modena. Very basic breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and polite, but we had some problems as they did not have proof of prepayment for the room."

"Hotel location is not far from the railway station and the city center. Within 15 minutes of walking, the front desk staff is good. The hotel is some years old, the facilities are not new, the decoration is more classical, but the hotel facilities are quite complete, and the room is very clean. The room is large and comfortable, and it is economical in terms of price. It is still good."
