"I really liked the hotel. It's wonderful that the owner did so much to make a traveler feel comfortable in another country. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient if you need to go to the sea, walk around the city, or go somewhere. A good residential area. The hotel is visible from afar. The hotel lobby is European-domestic. The room is spacious and comfortable. In addition to the beds, there is an area for eating at the table. The room has a washing machine (the owner provided washing powder), a stove, a kettle, dishes, and slippers. Tea and coffee, 4 bottles of water. Everything is very clean. Every day they replenished tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo. Towels were changed daily and they cleaned. I would especially like to mention the bathroom. Clean, in perfect condition. Very spacious and comfortable shower with good plumbing. The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean. The soap is fragrant. There's a lamp by the bed and a power outlet (Russian ones are compatible). Excellent internet. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to the host for ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests."

The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Hotel location is better, next to the statue and European Square, there are many specialty shops around, it is convenient to go anywhere. Check-in is very fast, the passport can be scanned, it is the key to open the door, not the room card to open the door, the basic facilities in the room, disposable supplies, and a small refrigerator, there is also a small balcony, you can see the scenery. The price of 300 yuan is not expensive in the tourist city of Batumi. The heating is not turned on. The air conditioner has been turned on. It is quite hot. It will be taken off when you stay. The bed is also soft, and I also like soft beds. If you come next time, you can consider this hotel."

"The people here are incredibly lovely, and it's spotlessly clean! Absolutely beautiful. The room has everything you could need, a pillow menu, perfectly white linens, bathrobes, and towels. They offer khachapuri and khinkali masterclasses upon request, as well as wine tastings of their own production. The wines are truly impressive! Dry, each with its own character and flavor. There's a pool and a restaurant with a terrace. All in all, it's a delight for the soul, and especially for the eyes! One minor drawback: due to its remote location, it can be a bit tricky to get a taxi for the return journey, but they do offer their own transfer service which is a little more expensive."

"The hotel is wonderful. The grounds and building are aesthetically beautiful. We had a triple room with a fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. The hotel offered us breakfast, and it was excellent and varied. My youngest child is a picky eater, and they would ask her what she wanted and prepare it according to her wishes. The hotel's location is excellent, situated between the city center and the botanical garden. It's 5 Lari (150 rubles) by taxi to the center, and 5 Lari to the botanical garden, next to which there's a pristine beach with few people. On the beach, a sun lounger costs 5 Lari and an umbrella 10 Lari for the whole day. The water was like warm milk. There are restaurants nearby, and close to the hotel itself, you'll find a Spar supermarket and a pharmacy. Everything is conveniently located. The hotel also has a small pool. On our last day, before our train, we didn't go to the sea, and the kids had fun in the pool instead. In short, I recommend it... It's a quiet, peaceful area, and the sea is only 300 meters away. A superb place. The hotel is new, everything is spotless, and the hosts are hospitable. The bed linen was so new and clean it practically crackled. Check-in time was 3 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and were checked in without any problems. Check-out time was 12 PM, but our train wasn't until 4:40 PM. We were allowed to stay until 3:30 PM. "Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio."
