"The room was very clean and affordable, with plenty of space, and the bathroom was also very spacious. The location was good and convenient. However, there was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, and unfortunately, the hotel’s coffee machine at the entrance was also broken. This was quite disappointing, especially as there were no other options available for making a hot drink. Overall, a good stay, but providing basic tea and coffee facilities in the room would make the experience much better."

The hotel is conveniently located almost right by Albert Dock and within walking distance of the city center, making it a good option for those who want to explore the city without excessive travel. From the very first moments, we liked that the staff was friendly and quickly helped with check-in, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and modern. The room turned out to be clean, tidy, and quite comfortable for relaxing after walks around Liverpool. The bed was comfortable, the room had everything necessary for a short trip, and the overall level of service left a pleasant impression. It's particularly convenient that the hotel is suitable for both tourist trips and business visits: getting to key places in the city is easy, and returning to the hotel in the evening is not difficult. Breakfast was generally a bit weak. The selection of dishes was decent, the food was hot and fresh, and standard options included hot dishes, pastries, and drinks. However, it's worth noting that the breakfast area can get quite crowded in the mornings, and seating can sometimes be insufficient, so it might feel a bit cramped during peak hours. This isn't a critical drawback, but it is noticeable if you come at the busiest times. The most contentious point was the parking. It's available, which is convenient, especially for a city center location, but we had to pay **£52** for it, which seemed far too expensive for one night. From a practical standpoint, having parking under the hotel is a plus because you don't have to search for a spot on the street, but the price left us feeling overcharged. This particular point spoiled the overall impression the most, although in all other aspects, the hotel is quite decent. Otherwise, the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre can be considered a reliable and convenient option for a trip to Liverpool. It has a good location, decent rooms, a satisfactory breakfast, and polite staff. Apart from the high cost of parking, the hotel leaves an impression of comfortable city accommodation without unnecessary fuss. For a short stop, it's a very practical choice, especially if it's important to be close to attractions and not waste time on travel."

"This hotel is lovely, well-situated and incredibly good value for money! We booked a midweek stay on a mobile, using a price comparison site and the multiple, additive savings resulted in a 3 night stay in a very nice hotel for less than the price of a hostel! Even if you have to pay full-rate, the hotel is great value. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, air conditioning, toiletries, blackout blinds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff really shone, especially Marta and Greg, who ensured that my autistic son's needs were really well catered-for. I would book again in a heartbeat."

"The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding of my check-in situation. The room was compact but the view from my window was worth the lack of space. No desk, no chair, 2 generic hangers, and hardly any shelf space so be aware!"

"This is a hostel but also has private rooms; I had a nice-priced private room, and it had all I wanted: bed, private shower and toilet, and all very clean/hygienic. I don’t want TVs, coffee facilities, etc - it’s just a place to sleep and shower in the morning before I leave, and that shouldn’t cost £80-90 pn, this was more like half that, and fair - this met all my needs. Cheery staff who are happy to take your luggage before check in time. Less than 10 mins, easy walk from Lime St station, and less than that to the main shopping area, also with Mathew St, etc close by. It’s close to everything. I’d be happy to go back👍"

"Very kind and helpful staff, amazingly clean room, generous complimentary coffees, teas and cookies. I would just enrich the breakfast, which is good but not there is no much choice, beside English breakfast, some fruit, cereals, yogurts and mini croissants and pain au chocolat. I would add some alternative to the standard English breakfast, like salmon and avocado, antipasti / tapas like olives, cheese, etc. and freshly made espresso"

"The location is 100 meters to the left of the main exit of Liverpool Lyme Railway Station. There are signs on the side of the road. The room is quite big and clean. The lidl supermarket downstairs is worth recommending. Opposite is the museum and commercial street. Albert and Beatles Memorial Hall are all within walking distance."
