Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are pretty good. Facilities: The room isn't very big, but it's clean. It's very close to the airport, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making shopping very convenient. Environment: Good. Service: The front desk staff were very nice, thumbs up!

Very noisy from the street and the hallway. Doors get stuck on the frame. Which makes a lot of sound. The shared bathroom: is a toilet + shower (very basic) The room itself is ok, however there is a complete lack of power outlets to charge devices. The concept of having everything done digitally with no reception is nice in theory. But in reallity you just get flooded with emails. (Rather annoying) On a positive note, the hotel was nice to offer me free early check in because they were renovating near the lobby.

Overall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

Great location, great property with cozy guest area / lounge for relaxing, working on your laptop etc but the access part is not seamless at all. I am a tech freak and like technology but the self-service access and keyless entry system is not seamless, it was frustrating. I saw everyone struggling or contacting their helpdesk with regards to access - None of this would exist if there were physical cards (at least after you enter your room the first time) pros: great location, close to Metro, very helpful staff (but they're not always around and the reception was never manned). Price is decent given Copenhagen prices. cons: Access to property: The setup is not intuitive, the web-app can log you out which means you need to login again which takes a while - you need to access your phone / their logged in site or web-app every time you need access to your apartment, luggage storage etc - no internet or phone died means no access for a bit (I dont know how it works if it was 1 am) Studio : the studio is equipped with a stove, and other kitchen stuff but is very crammed, some sockets were unreachable as the bed was crammed in, the bedside socket we had was also not well set up as it ends up under your pillow. The TV was covered by a lamp hanging from the ceiling so it was not the best placement, wish there was AirPlay on the TVs

I stayed at Locke Copenhagen for 2 nights in a Harbour View room. The view from the higher floor was fantastic. The hotel is very easy to reach from Copenhagen Central Station. There’s a shortcut via the Tietgensgade route, which is much quicker than the route suggested by Google Maps. The room was stylish, cozy, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Many amenities and room features are cleverly integrated into the design, so it took me a while to find a few things! 😂 Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.

Location near to airport and metro so for short business trip. Breakfast a little bit minimalist.

Facilities: Established Nordic hotel style, simple and minimalist. Hygiene: Very clean, every part of the room was spotless. Environment: One metro stop from the airport, then about a 10-minute walk. Service: The uncle at the front desk was professional, patient, and efficient. Overall stay experience: Very good.

This hotel is very close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers arriving late at night or those on a layover. The room isn't huge, but the two narrow single beds can be pushed together. The lighting inside is a bit dim, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having many small hooks on the walls. 👍

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to various attractions. It's about a 15-minute walk to Xingang and the subway, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room size is decent, and the toilet and shower are separated. The worst part is that the sink and a large trash can are placed in the middle of the room, which feels very unsanitary, and there were fleas on the floor. The trash can was not emptied until the check-out day.

It’s a cozy and amazing place, located just outside the metro. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby — which is great, considering a coffee in Copenhagen usually costs around $8. Here, it’s free and served with a smile. The heater also works really well; for Asians who don’t like the cold, it can go all the way up to 29°C. Thank you to all the staff — my stay was truly wonderful.
