CYNTHIA TAN YUCHIH
After arriving at the airport, getting to the hotel required a taxi, as public transport wasn't convenient. However, the taxi fare wasn't cheap either. I'd recommend heading into the city early unless absolutely necessary to stay here.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk.
It was a bit inconvenient that you had to go to the front desk to get a kettle for hot water.
The room was on the smaller side.
But it did have a microwave, which was great for heating up food!

Guest UserThe room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed.
There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.

Guest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

Guest UserGreat location, great property with cozy guest area / lounge for relaxing, working on your laptop etc but the access part is not seamless at all. I am a tech freak and like technology but the self-service access and keyless entry system is not seamless, it was frustrating. I saw everyone struggling or contacting their helpdesk with regards to access - None of this would exist if there were physical cards (at least after you enter your room the first time)
pros:
great location, close to Metro, very helpful staff (but they're not always around and the reception was never manned). Price is decent given Copenhagen prices.
cons:
Access to property: The setup is not intuitive, the web-app can log you out which means you need to login again which takes a while - you need to access your phone / their logged in site or web-app every time you need access to your apartment, luggage storage etc - no internet or phone died means no access for a bit (I dont know how it works if it was 1 am)
Studio : the studio is equipped with a stove, and other kitchen stuff but is very crammed, some sockets were unreachable as the bed was crammed in, the bedside socket we had was also not well set up as it ends up under your pillow. The TV was covered by a lamp hanging from the ceiling so it was not the best placement, wish there was AirPlay on the TVs

Anonymous UserCopenhagen's New Hexagonal Warrior Hotel Recommended!
I'm so incredibly happy with the hotel I booked this time!
Brand New – The Locke Copenhagen, just opened in '26.
Excellent Location – It's only a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, about 25 minutes to the airport, and right next to Tivoli Gardens.
Firm Bed – This is so important! The beds at the airport hotel and in Faro were way too soft, and I woke up feeling sore. Finally, at Locke, I had the best sleep of the whole trip.
Great Design Aesthetic – All the furniture and furnishings have a fantastic Nordic design feel.
Well-Equipped – We booked a deluxe suite, which came with a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator.
Restaurant Environment Downstairs – My partner worked from the co-working space downstairs and said the seating was very comfortable. Plus, there's a famous place called Rug nearby for a delicious breakfast.
Overall, a 5-star recommendation! A big pat on the back for my excellent hotel choice!

PSrivastavaWalkable from metro station, near to the airport. However a bit far from the main city but well connected. Decent breakfast spread, in-house laundry and gym. Courteous and helpful staff

Kevin. 凯文It is accessible by walking indoors from the airport. That was key for us since our flight was early. We checked in the night before and walked to the gate in the morning. Easy.
The staff is not really helpful, but the room was awesome, quiet, clean, and comfortable. There is a gym also, so you can exercise your legs before a long flight of sitting down 😆.
There are two hotels right beside each other. They are connected by a hallway and connected to terminal 3. You can easily walk to terminal 2 just a few minutes further.

Pros: The lobby is incredibly spacious, featuring various bars, an outdoor sports area, and a good selection of indoor table games. It's very well-equipped. The air conditioning in the lobby was also incredibly refreshing (so much so that I'd just sit there whenever I had nothing else to do).
Cons: There was absolutely no air conditioning or fan in the room. I visited around June 24th, right during a European heatwave, with temperatures around 28 degrees Celsius. The room was incredibly stuffy, and I woke up drenched in sweat, unable to get a good night's sleep. (The room was also quite cramped, and I was so disappointed that I didn't even take any pictures of it...). If I opened the windows, the noise from outside was unbearable because the hotel is located near a bar street.
While safety wasn't an issue, it was really hard to get some quiet rest. Opening the window was too noisy, closing it was too hot – it was a lose-lose situation. This place has excellent reviews, but if air conditioning is a priority for you, you really need to choose carefully...
Also, if you haven't checked in yet or have already checked out and need to store your luggage, the lockers come with a fee.

It’s a cozy and amazing place, located just outside the metro. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby — which is great, considering a coffee in Copenhagen usually costs around $8. Here, it’s free and served with a smile.
The heater also works really well; for Asians who don’t like the cold, it can go all the way up to 29°C.
Thank you to all the staff — my stay was truly wonderful.
