Thank you Nana and husband for the kind hospitality. They are very helpful and friendly, on our arrival they drove a pick up truck to carry our luggages to the hotel as the entrance of the old city prohibited vehicles from driving in. They also recommended nearby nice restaurant to us and video call us to guide us back to the hotel. Furthermore, their room has amazing views with direct visibility of the Du Ke Zong temple! We enjoyed our stay there so much thanks to the both of them!

**Rating: 10/10** We had an amazing stay at Yunnan Lijiang Guchen Villa. The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby village. The lady boss was incredibly friendly and hospitable, offering us great tea during our stay. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Staying in this hotel is like returning to a warm home. The waiter's smile and service made me feel the warmth of home. I sincerely recommend it to everyone, and I hope more people can experience this warmth.

Love this hotel! The room is very clean, bed is good and they give me lots of pillows that make me sleep well. I also like the toilet with the light and automatically flush so you can go to the toilet at night without turning on the light. They also provide the free transfer from airport. The staffs are nice even they can't speak English. Will back there again.

The staff here are really very nice! We arrived at the hotel at almost 10pm as we were travelling in from Dali, and after checking us in, they brought us to try the Yak Butter Tea (i hope i got it correct) even though it was so late. They were also nice enough to help us carry our heavy luggages to our room, as there's no lift. While the room we booked stated ”Mountain View”, the room we got faced the road outside with definitely no mountain view. So we enquired and was told that all rooms had no moutain view, and had to go to the rooftop (5th floor) to experience it. Nonethless, the view at the rooftop is lovely! And there's several of the staff's pets (i'm guessing) roaming around the rooftop area :) The room itself was huge, beds were huge and comfy as well. There's a voice assistant system in the room as well called ”Xiaobao”. But i guess as we were foreigners and perhaps our accents were different, we could not utilise Xiaobao, which was quite hilarious but thank goodness there's still manual controls in the room. For any housekeeping requests or questions, it's through wechat which was extremely convenient and they are very responsive even in the wee hours of the morning. There's a few smaller convenience stores around the hotel, and saw some bars but sadly did not have enough time to explore. This hotel is not situated at the main road, but it's just a short 3 min walk till there as some of the bigger vehicles may not be able to enter the small lane where the hotel is at (8-9 seater is still possible). Will definitely come and stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!

Great location. Just 5-10mins walking distance from Kunming train station from north exit. Easy to local the hotel. We booked 2 rooms and got upgraded. Both rooms are clean and spacious. Good breakfast as well. Will definitely stay again.

We loved it. The room was beautifully designed and well equipped, very quiet and equipped with all kinds of amenities you could wish for. The staff was also lovely and friendly. There is a (DIY) laundry available in-house whhixh we used and much appreciated. The location is great thanks to the fact that there is the railway station as well as metro and restaurant and cafés nearby. The ‚17coffee‘ was amazing (: Note: The name of hotel is different from what it is called on Trip.com but the address is correct. The name is Wonder Land. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Great location with short distance to Kunming high speed train station. Comfy stay and service a bit slow during check in. Value for money with new hotel with fantastic location. Food at the restaurant behind the hotel are good but a bit pricey.

We came from Singapore and stayed in this property for 3 nights. This property is situated in heart of Lijiang ancient city. It is walking distance to all the 打卡点。the owners are a few young chaps. They are very friendly and polite. We had tea sessions together during our free time and offered us 鲜花饼 for tasting. They gave us recommendation and suggestions for our itinerary and cautioned us against scams as they are very prevalent in the province. As the road are cobble-stoned, they arranged tricycle to ferry our luggage. The room is traditional chinese style, not very spacious but it had everything we need. Thank you 超超 and your 伙伴们 for making our trip so pleasant.

The stay was excellent, it started with free airport pick up service once landed at the midnight, and fast check in. The hotel room is spacious, the bed is comfy to sleep with, and the hotel amenities are great. We also had free breakfast where there are varieties of food and taste nice. Upon check up, the front desk also kindly helped me to order didi (taxi services) to Kumming station. Thank you for the wonderful services provided on my first day and trip to Kunming.

As soon as you step into the door, you will be greeted by a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The flowers, plants and trees in the courtyard are arranged in an orderly manner. The breeze blows through, bringing bursts of fragrance, as if telling the quiet and good years. The interior of the room is beautifully decorated, and every piece of furnishings has been carefully selected, revealing the owner's elegant taste. From the spacious and bright living room to the warm and comfortable bedroom, every space is fully utilized, giving people the warmth and comfort of home. The service here is impeccable. The staff always greets every guest with a warm and professional attitude, whether it is a greeting in the morning or a care in the middle of the night, it makes people feel warm. Sifu Yashe is not only a place to live, but also a place for the soul to rest. Here, you can forget all your worries and enjoy the unique tranquility and beauty. I believe that as long as you have been here, you will never forget it and look forward to returning again.

Stayed here 2 times… Best feature - in the ancient town but near the entrance. So don’t need to drag your luggage through the cobblestone streets. Also quieter at night. Near the South Gate. Restaurant opposite the homestay is awesome! Had a 3 person room the first time, big screen Projector as TV. When we return to stay the 2nd time, messed up our bookings where there wasn’t enough beds…decided to stay in a 2 bed room as we are only staying for the night. Bit of a squeeze. Haha.

The owner is always willing to help and provide us with useful information. Free tea and seasonal fruits. Clean room and excellent service. Nice geographical area, located in old town but also near to the main street. Perfect!

Location of the hotel is quite good, convenient access and to order Didi for travelling nearby tourist attractions. Cleanliness of hotel is so so. There’s a bad smell from the bathroom and we asked for room change. After changing to another room and not so bad. Sound proofing of the room is very bad. If you are going to stay in ancient town, most of the home stay for sound proofing is very bad. Be prepared for that. Staff is friendly and helpful. They will carry your luggage from the ancient town gate to their home stay and also check out to the car or van when you want to leave. We did not get the service when we were leaving from this home stay. No body is attended. ☹️

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. This place was kinda peace and just nice for whoever bring their elderly visit to this place. Easy to access to didi pickup point.

I wanted to be closer to the night market at night, so I took a long time to choose, and after considering everything, I chose this inn. I chose a room with a balcony so I could watch the moon at night. It just so happened that the moon in Lijiang at night was very round and bright these days. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the air is dry at night, and a humidifier is available. There is a Xuan slide in the middle of the inn, which is a plus for families with children. There is also the guard poodle Nuomi who is very cute. Because I wanted to travel without thinking, I would like to thank Huya at the inn for recommending an itinerary, recommending a photo package, and booking a Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour (although there was a problem with the driver, Huya also responsibly helped to deal with the aftermath🙏🏻🙏🏻), Helped me book a Shangri-La package, and finally helped me find a carpool to Dali. Tell her your needs throughout the entire Lijiang trip, and she will help select them. This is a lot less troublesome. I only need to have fun and have fun without having to fight for admission tickets to scenic spots, driving distances, etc., which suits me very well. The incidental services of this hotel are must-recommend for lazy people👍🏻

The location is near the metro. It's just 5 minutes walk. Easy to find this property. The girl at the front desk when I checked in is enthusiastic to help me. She almost doesn't speak English but she's had a lovely service mind. This property is so close to the green lake park. I spend the time from this hostel to the park just 4 minutes walk. It's worth to stay here and the price can afford for the solo travelers who want to save cost like me.

Perfect for a one night stay/ short layover. Hotel is conveniently located on level 2 of the international departure hall of the airport. Room came fully equipped with basic toiletries. Comfortable beds and free WiFi is a plus. Complementary apple and snacks on arrival was welcomed :) While cleanliness could be improved a little; the corners of the room were somewhat dusty and we found stray hairs on our towel; this can be overlooked as the positives greatly outweigh this one point.

Housekeeping team are all very friendly, they are always smiling and welcoming us, also the receptionist guy who checked us in was very helpful, offered us luggage assistance. Security was very attentive too! Other than that, the rest of them are all rude lack of training horrible service! Especially the untidy uniform guy that prepared the coffee for us was super rude (standing with his hands on his hips while speaking to us impatiently and rudely) and his coffee was awful!! (Ps; we barely asked them any information however they’ll seem very annoyed)

This is our second time staying in this hotel. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the decoration is simple and stylish, and the service is warm and thoughtful. My mother forgot to put her bracelet and ring in the drawer of the hotel room, and she was anxious to find it everywhere. The hotel front desk guy enthusiastically helped to look for it in the room several times, and called us after finding it. I am really grateful to him and give him a thumbs up 👍This hotel is worth staying in, recommended!

I love staying here!! Waking up to the Erhai Lake view. And the location is convenience for me, half an hour to the Dali Ancient City. Half an hour to Santorini side. Just nice. Since i came for honeymoon. I requested for boiled egg and fruits for breakfast and the owner can provide it for me. The B&B so clean. Everyday the came to clean out room. I definitely would love to stay here again if i come again to Dali. Thank you!!

The host and the staff are very very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to everyone for your stay in Lijiang, and we will definitely return to this hotel! The view from the rooftop is spectacular, with delicious afternoon tea and “suyoucha” testing session hosted at the rooftop. The homestay locate at a quiet and peaceful street, 15mins walking distance away from Lijiang Old Town, with a lot of eateries and convenient shops around. The staffs constantly checked on us, helping us with all of our enquiry and also our MeiTuan delivery!

The environment is very good and the living is very comfortable. I brought my children here to play during the summer vacation. The director has water and fish, and the children like it very much. I wanted to stay for a few more nights, but there was no room. It is also very convenient to travel. The housekeeper who drove will help find a parking space and the service is warm. It is only a few hundred meters to the ancient city, and I caught up with the March Street

We had difficulties finding the hotel because it was quite hidden and the sign was not lighted up after certain time at night (we arrived in Dali quite late). Luckily a person helped us to find it. The check in process was swift. The room was quite big with all basic amenities provided including bath towel. I do not have any photos to show but it was a standard modern hotel room. The receptionist was very friendly and could recommend you places to visit in Dali. They did not know English so you have to use translation app. Recommended to stay if you are on budget.

The environment of the hotel is very good. There is a stream outside the swimming pool on the first floor. The gurgling stream water is very clear. There is a pick-up service for two consecutive nights. After booking the hotel online, the front desk will call to ask if you need to pick up. When checking in, the front desk also upgraded our room with a bathtub. It is on the first floor (the hotel entrance is on the second floor). The swimming pool is at the door, and the woods across the stream can be seen outside the window. There is a laundry room on the rooftop of the hotel with a washing machine and a place to dry. The hotel is not far from the ancient city, but there is a long steep slope. It is a bit tiring to walk back and forth. Perhaps considering this, the hotel has thoughtfully arranged a free pick-up service to the ancient city. From 8:30 in the morning to 10 o'clock in the evening, you can contact the housekeeper or the front desk in advance, and send it to the bottom of the slope. We only need to cross the zebra crossing to reach the edge of the ancient city. The service of the handsome guys at the front desk is also very timely. If you ask for an extra quilt and water, they will be brought immediately. The only two things I'm not used to are the smart toilet, the flushing sound is long and loud, I'm more sensitive to light sources when sleeping, so the indicator lights of the toilet and mirror are particularly bright at night, and the breakfast needs to be improved, mostly carbohydrates, and the protein is only boiled eggs and fried eggs. By the way, the flower cakes sent when checking in are also good. Overall, this is the most satisfactory hotel I've stayed in on this trip!

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. It's in a terrific and quiet location, just a short walk to the ancient city. The room was really comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very modern. The staff don't speak English, and I don't speak Chinese, but they were all very helpful via translate apps, the most friendly and helpful guys of any of the hotels I've stayed in so far in China. It was a bonus to have access to a washer/dryer on the rooftop. They kindly gave me a lovely gift when I was leaving and refunded some money I'd forgotten about. Highly recommended as it will be hard to find anywhere this good elsewhere in China.

The hotel is in a great location, overlooking the Erhai Lake. The room has a balcony. The small sofa on the balcony is very comfortable. You can breathe fresh air when you wake up in the morning. The hotel's restaurant is well designed. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining, and it is very photogenic. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. As soon as you arrive at the store, you will be handed over cakes and water, as well as various small details. The focus is on hygiene, which is quite clean! Overall highly recommended!!!

The room has a great view 👍👍👍 and the basic accommodation facilities are available. Even if I stayed for two consecutive days and asked for cleaning every day, the housekeeper could arrange it one by one. It is recommended to add tea bags, bathroom floor towels and welcome fruits. Downstairs is Erhai Park, cruise ship terminal and Xingda Bridge The surrounding area is convenient for eating, with rice noodles, mushroom pots, Thai food, and Japanese food all available.

It's very new and clean. Location is excellent. Car is able to drive upto door step(small lane) turn left from the hotel you will get to the main street within 5 minutes with all the eatery, turn righr and walk about 15 minutes and you will get to their local market where you can get cheap and nice local food. It is also possible to walk to the pedestrian shopping mall. Hotel provide fruits and flower biscuit for the first day only. The pick up service from train station is included.

Seeing that we have children, she brought us milk, helped us book a car and check the itinerary. On the last day from Dali to Lijiang, we got up early and couldn’t catch breakfast because we drove by ourselves. The lady specially prepared corn and eggs for us. She was afraid that we would be hungry, and she got up early in the rain to take us to the alley to take the bus. It was really very good!
