The play of light and shadow under the grapevines in the courtyard was absolutely stunning. The owner even organized a trip to Egypt – if you're interested, remember to bring your passport!"

"Overall the hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable to sleep in. It's walking distance to the popular 六星街。The older lady staff who helped us checked in was friendly and gave us free breakfast.
However, the other younger staff didn't help much because we called up earlier to make arrangements for the hotel pick up at the bus station. We agreed to contact each other by Wechat. Unfortunately, the girls didn't accept my request on Wechat and hence we couldn't contact the hotel by the time we arrived at Yining bus station. As foreigners, we are only able to use Wechat to communicate with the locals in China. Then after staying for two nights, we needed transport to go to the railway station at 8.30am, however again the staff told us that the transport services start only at 9.00am - 9.00pm.
There are washing machines available, too.
Breakfast is good."

"Some of the bedside outlets were broken, so plugs would just fall out. Luckily, there were plenty of other outlets, so it wasn't a big deal. The bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so you had to remember to take the toilet paper out before showering. Other than that, everything was great. It's perfect for a short layover stay."

"A very satisfying stay! The surrounding amenities are excellent, with a large supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants everywhere, making life incredibly convenient. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so no worries about water accumulating on the floor. Plus, free parking is available, which made our self-driving trip very comfortable and worry-free."

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

For such an affordable room rate, they even include breakfast and dinner. Of course, don't set your expectations too high for the breakfast and dinner.

sweelayThe location of hotel is perfect , quiet, near to the Tulufan museum, cultural square( perfect place to relax ), and many restaurants.
The receptionists are warm and friendly, granted us complimentary breakfasts which we enjoyed a lot and late check out as well! And also assist us to find a good driver to visit interesting places with reasonable price!
Its easy to get to if u arrive at tulufanbei, bus k2 and just walk about 3mins to the hotel .
We had a 2good night sleeps in a spacious room, comfortable bed and definitely a good shower!
We will definitely book the same hotel if we come by Tulufan again!

PengcuolamuA truly excellent experience! The guesthouse is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town (Xicheng district). The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even shared recommendations for local food and nearby attractions. The Wusitangboyi Street Police Station, which issues border permits, is very close by, and I got mine quickly with almost no wait. Many tourists stop to take photos at the guesthouse's entrance flower wall every day because it's so picturesque. It's also very close to the Kashi photo-op wall. The bars nearby have a great atmosphere in the evenings.

The breakfast was perfect at the nearby anteen restaurant with 15 yuans capped.My room and bed are super comfortable, iron provided. The hotel was at the end of K2 bus line from Tulufanbei railway station. The location was great in the center, can connect to several attractions by buses or taxi. Walkable distance to Turpan Museum to see the mummies.

First and foremost, the best thing was the thoughtful service. In the evening, stargazing/home visits were arranged, and in the morning, we went to see the 'golden mountains' (sunrise over snow-capped peaks). Everything was perfectly organized. Even if the weather wasn't ideal, the staff would help take photos to ensure your trip wasn't in vain, and their photography skills were excellent, resulting in many great shots~ Besides that, all the hotel staff were very warm and attentive. ^_^
The location is also great. The Batye Night Market is within walking distance, and it's very close to a street with many food options~
The room has oxygen equipment, which provides maximum security at high altitudes!
When we left, we were even given a souvenir. I hope I'll have the chance to visit again next time.

Many hotels in the area make it difficult to get a taxi, but this one offers a free shuttle to General Mountain, making travel hassle-free. The rooms are clean and spacious, and despite the large temperature difference between day and night, we stayed comfortably with a continuous supply of hot water for showering. The front desk staff were attentive and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel has plenty of parking, so no worries about finding a spot if you're driving. It's away from the noise, providing a quiet environment perfect for relaxation, whether you're skiing or just exploring Altay. It effectively solves various travel and parking problems, with practical and straightforward service. This hotel is definitely worth staying at when visiting Altay.

The service was great! They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious. Every time I stay here, the staff are so welcoming, and all the front desk personnel are lovely. I really love this hotel. There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.
