My stay this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The front desk lady was so gentle and spoke softly, and she was really enthusiastic and thoughtful. She even called me before check-in to remind me about my reservation, which was incredibly considerate. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade! The front desk even wrote down the delivery address for takeout, which was super convenient~ The room environment was fantastic, with green trees right outside the window – it was so relaxing to look at. All the room facilities were fully equipped too. Later, I accidentally left my necklace at the hotel, and when I contacted the front desk, they were incredibly patient and helped me search for it. They found it very quickly, which was truly heartwarming! I genuinely thank the front desk lady. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🥰

The location is fantastic! As soon as you step out, you're surrounded by delicious food and a bustling shopping street. Our family of four stayed in two rooms and we were very comfortable. The hot water was consistent, though the water pressure was a bit low, and the beds were very comfortable too.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left my backpack behind, which contained some fragile items, and the hotel owner thoughtfully packed and reinforced it before shipping it back to me. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The service was meticulous and responsible—a full five-star recommendation!

Excellent location in the heart of the lively Shizhong district. Very well served by public transport. Easy and direct access to and from the train station. The Big Buddha site is a 40-minute walk away. Considering the price paid for the room and the three included meals, the overall value for money is more than worthwhile. The reception staff were very welcoming. My room on the 6th floor was spacious (large enough to have a bathtub!), clean, quite bright, with comfortable bedding. My room overlooked the central roundabout, yet the area was quiet. The bathroom was a good size and clean. A hairdryer and electric kettle were available in the room. Bottled water was provided daily. The in-room Wi-Fi was very good. There was a huge projection screen, but I didn't use it. The electrical outlets require an adapter to plug in European devices. The central air conditioning was efficient. A mirror in the room wluld have been a welcome addition but was missing, as a dedicated luggage storage area, like is common in many hotels in China, was needed to avoid having to leave luggage on the open floor for the entire stay. The breakfast restaurant is the hotel's biggest drawback. Located on the 8th floor, it offers a buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. This place isn't a restaurant, but at best a market stall. It's noisy, too small, dirty, and in a state of disrepair. The quality of the buffet is mediocre. There are no drinks at breakfast except soy milk. This was my biggest disappointment, as I like to make meals a moment of peace and indulgence. The common areas are not cleaned. The carpet in the hallway outside my room wasn't brushed once in four days. It was filthy. The ashtrays in the hallways filled up with trash over the course of my four-day stay and were never emptied. The laundry area was completely uninviting. In short, the hotel felt very average and didn't match the photos plastered everywhere, making it my most disappointing accommodation experience during my month in China.

I specifically booked this hotel when I came to conquer Mount Emei, as it has a pool for soaking. After a long climb, a 30-minute soak was really great, very comfortable, and helped relieve fatigue. The environment here is nice, and I also visited Xianxia Yunji, which I felt was perfect for ancient Chinese costumes. The rooms are laid out in a 'U' shape, and it wasn't too crowded, which was good. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance. The service was excellent.

Wow, this hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spotlessly clean and odor-free, and the bedding feels brand new. What I really loved were the in-room amenities – the furniture has this cozy, comfortable vibe with a lovely natural wood aesthetic. The breakfast is a steal at just 10 RMB per person, buffet style, which is great value. The hotel staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming. My only minor gripe is that the front desk and guest rooms are in completely separate areas. However, the hotel is very thoughtful; they've placed complimentary disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste at every elevator entrance. Plus, there's a free self-service laundry room on the 10th floor. Overall, it's a pretty decent hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially during the off-peak season.

I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's cleanliness and service! The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with brand new sheets and duvet covers, and a complete set of clean toiletries. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were consistently good. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay, proactively helping with luggage and providing local sightseeing tips, without being intrusive. The room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both cooling and heating. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, making me feel truly at home. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The newly opened Lavande Hotel is also used in the lobby on the first floor of the same building as Magnolia. The room and bathroom are quite large. There are two types of pillows. There are still areas for improvement for breakfast. There are many guests during May 1st. Breakfast purchases need to be prepared.

This Tibetan-themed hotel was lovely. The room is spacious with a beautiful view, and the decor fits the cultural style well. It has a great bathtub and a cozy seating area. The staff are very helpful, and check-in was super quick. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay.

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.
