My stay this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The front desk lady was so gentle and spoke softly, and she was really enthusiastic and thoughtful. She even called me before check-in to remind me about my reservation, which was incredibly considerate. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade! The front desk even wrote down the delivery address for takeout, which was super convenient~ The room environment was fantastic, with green trees right outside the window – it was so relaxing to look at. All the room facilities were fully equipped too. Later, I accidentally left my necklace at the hotel, and when I contacted the front desk, they were incredibly patient and helped me search for it. They found it very quickly, which was truly heartwarming! I genuinely thank the front desk lady. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🥰

Truly an amazing stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He met me downstairs when I arrived and showed me up to my room and spoke great English. The room was absolutely spotless, like truly spotless. They changed my towels daily and provided me with more water and cleaning if you requested it. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was so central and walkable to Chunxi road. I could easily come back to the hotel and rest for a little before going back out. I would highly reccomend this hotel to any foreigners and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in Chengdu again. The hotel also helped me book an airport ride to TFU when I had a very early flight. Truly a 10/10 stay and view! I felt very taken care of by the hotel owners 😊

This Tibetan-themed hotel was lovely. The room is spacious with a beautiful view, and the decor fits the cultural style well. It has a great bathtub and a cozy seating area. The staff are very helpful, and check-in was super quick. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay.

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.

I specifically booked this hotel when I came to conquer Mount Emei, as it has a pool for soaking. After a long climb, a 30-minute soak was really great, very comfortable, and helped relieve fatigue. The environment here is nice, and I also visited Xianxia Yunji, which I felt was perfect for ancient Chinese costumes. The rooms are laid out in a 'U' shape, and it wasn't too crowded, which was good. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance. The service was excellent.

We had a very good stay overall and everything was great. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the experience was very pleasant. The only issue was the air conditioning. It seemed to be set mainly for ventilation, and the room became quite cold during the night. Unfortunately, I caught a cold because of it. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome hotel, beautiful inside and by far the fanciest beds of our trip. Fantastic location near the shrine and Jinle alley. Way journey to attractions and walking distance to centre and People’s park. Friendly helpful staff.

整體入住體驗超出預期，真的絕了，步行8分鐘到景區，不用早起，逛完景區慢悠悠走回酒店特別省心，帶長者小孩出行都很合適。 加寬大床很舒服，床麪空間寬敞不擁擠，翻身不會磕碰，睡眠質量直接拉滿。 熱水出水快且穩定，洗漱用品齊全；前台服務熱情周到，有諮詢需求都會耐心細緻解答。性價比在周邊一眾酒店裡算拔尖的，不管短途遊玩還是親子出行都強烈推薦，下次來這邊玩還會選擇入住！

I had earlier booked another hotel but as I decided to join a trip to Jiuzhaigou by speed train, I had to change hotels and chose to stay at Rayfont Hotel. Rayfont Hotel is very near the Chengdu East Railway Station. Take the exit to East Square and when you exit the station, look up and you can see The Longemont Chengdu. Rayfont Hotel is just behind it. There is also an underground passage from The Longemont to the Railway Station (opens from 06:00 to midnight) which makes it convenient for travellers staying at either hotel. Luggage storage is at The Longemont. I was allowed an early check-in (before 08:00!) and my room was upgraded without additional cost. Even though I could see the railway tracks and trains, my room was quiet and the neighbouring rooms were quiet too. I enjoyed staying at Rayfont Hotel.

The room is very spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The mini fridge in the room was smelly and unusable. It turns off if you leave the room. However, you can leave your cold items at the front desk. Service was so-so. It depends on who is on duty at the front desk. The guy on duty on my second night was much more helpful than the first. Thelaundry room was great! The washer automatically dispenses detergent. Easy to use and quite clean. The corridors were quite smelly but the room was okay. The room didn't have enough lights. The raised platform where we opened up our luggages was very dark. The hotel was far from the metro and the metro exit suggested by the hotel did not have any elevator or escalator.
