"Took us some time to understand how things function in the room, but we finally got it. We missed the AC most. Although the city is at almost 2300 m alttitude, it can get hot in the summer and there's only a narrow window in the room. Too little to cool it over the night. No fridge means no cold drinks either. And also the shower nozzle is not fully functional. Water is fighting its way out of that ๐ต But there is a nice lobby and also the room looks good. We did get a surprise snack around 10.00 pm. All put together I would say 'Better try one of the other hotels in the neighbourhood.'"

"The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy.
The main downside is the location of the city itself. Itโs quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didnโt feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable."

"A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively added me on WeChat to provide transportation tips. Although it's only three stories high, there's an elevator, which made carrying luggage very convenient. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so I'd recommend bringing a down jacket. The rooms have electric blankets, and some even have air conditioning. Definitely recommend it! ๐๐ป"

"Parking was extremely difficult; parking spaces were hard to find, and you had to drive quite far in to find one. The parking area was also rather narrow. The service didn't feel like that of a chain brand. When I went to check in, I had already booked two breakfasts on Ctrip, and my Ctrip order clearly included two breakfasts. There were two people at the front desk; one said there weren't any. I insisted that breakfast was included, and he asked the other person, who checked and said there weren't any. It was very awkward. I showed him my Ctrip order on my phone, saying that there were breakfasts included, and only then did he confirm and give me two vouchers. It was so embarrassing. I told my companion three times that breakfast was included and that we had booked it. On the first day, when I went to eat breakfast, no one checked the room card or voucher. On the second day, when I went around 9 AM, someone checked it. Also, around 4 or 5 AM, there was a loud noise outside the window, louder than the air conditioner's outdoor unit. I don't know what it was, but I was woken up by it both nights."

The kids' play area, specially designed for children, had a slide and a rocking horse, keeping our little one entertained non-stop. The room was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches like children's toiletries and disposable toilet seat covers really stood out. Hot water came out quickly, and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the warm welcome at check-in, we felt cared for throughout our stay. The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Ng siek lengThe hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

The decoration of the room is light and luxurious, the stairs are equipped with induction light belts, the glass guardrails are transparent and beautiful, and the atmosphere of the lights is directly full at night, and the photos are especially filmed. The second floor is a separate sleep area, separated from movement and quiet, and the rest is very quiet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the blackout curtains are very effective, and I sleep until dawn. There is also a leisure area downstairs, whether it is a leisure seat or a simple office is very convenient. The overall is clean and tidy, the design is full, the stay experience is far more than ordinary rooms, it is not wrong to choose this one, and I will stay next time!
