"Facilities: Alright, the automatic toilet wasn't very responsive.
Cleanliness: Good, quite clean, just a slight odor in the bathroom.
Environment: Very convenient, easy to find, and the lobby is grand. There's also a parking lot.
Service: Excellent, they even provided a complimentary fruit platter!
No air conditioning though. On my first night, I experienced the local style of no AC, which was a bit stuffy and dry. Luckily, June 30th wasn't a high-temperature day, so I managed to get through it, haha! 😝
Dining: It's passable, but I'd recommend eating out."

Breakfast was a little lacking, but a highlight was the unlimited yogurt. There's also a game machine and billiards table in the lobby on the first floor, which I unfortunately only noticed when checking out because I didn't expect the lobby to be so large. Overall, it was pretty good."

"A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively added me on WeChat to provide transportation tips. Although it's only three stories high, there's an elevator, which made carrying luggage very convenient. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so I'd recommend bringing a down jacket. The rooms have electric blankets, and some even have air conditioning. Definitely recommend it! 👍🏻"

The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable."

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

XueyugesanghuakaiFacilities: The facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and it's close to major business districts and a night market food street, which is super convenient.
Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby.
Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.

Ng siek lengThe hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

Bree.JWhile the room was nice and the bed comfy, the air conditioning didn’t work at all and our room was so hot it made it difficult to sleep. Location wise it’s near Wanda plaza, lots of restaurants, but cars can’t access the hotel so you have to walk about 7 minutes to the hotel. We had sore feet from travelling all over, so the extra inconvenience of walking from the hotel, in the heat, plus the lack of air conditioning resulted in us checking out 2 days early to stay at another hotel that was more comfortable.
