"The B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!"

"Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too."

"Whenever I come to Xining, I always stick to a few hotels, and if I'm staying in the city center, it has to be Hotel H. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is great. The staff even upgraded my room for free and gave me breakfast vouchers. When we checked out, the front desk gave little gifts to my two children. The experience was really good. Plus, parking is free, making it incredible value for money."

"Facilities: Excellent, no problem. Disposable kettles are wasteful; I suggest using kettles that are universally accepted nationwide. A complimentary breakfast was provided. Room upgrade: 99 yuan. Service: Attentive and warm, polite, and quick to fix the TV. Environment: Large and convenient parking lot, with green slow charging available. Price: 1.2 yuan per unit. The biggest problem is the hotel name isn't prominent; the characters ”56” are too small to see while driving, almost causing me to miss the entrance. The ”Shangpin Hotel” sign, on the other hand, is very eye-catching. I wonder what the owner was thinking? It would be best to put up a ”Yi 56 Hotel” sign before the car entrance. Extending one more night, today I visited the Qinghai Provincial Museum and Art Museum. Tomorrow I'll head back to Chongqing."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. It's clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, and the rooms are neat and tidy. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Xining."

"The stay was quite comfortable, with orange elements everywhere, and the room was quite spacious. It's very close to Wanda Plaza, making shopping convenient. There's parking right outside. The service was good; they even gave us roses for 520 (May 20th). The soundproofing was a bit poor; someone left their door open late at night, constantly calling the police, which wasn't ideal for early risers."

The location is excellent; restaurants and shopping malls are right outside, making dining and shopping convenient. There's also a gas station nearby, making it especially convenient for those driving. The service was also very attentive. "The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped."

"We stayed another 2 nights during the May holidays. Surprisingly, Xining wasn't crowded except for the People's Park where plenty of tulips were in bloom. It was raining on 1 May, so we stayed in hotel. Hotel though old, was clean with standard amenities. Bathroom has a bath with shower curtains. No hooks for clothes in toilet/bathroom. Laundry room only has 1 washer, no dryer. We didn't use. Price was cheap. Breakfast was a bowl of mee, some veg and an egg at restaurant next door. We were given breakfast vouchers."
