"Took us some time to understand how things function in the room, but we finally got it. We missed the AC most. Although the city is at almost 2300 m alttitude, it can get hot in the summer and there's only a narrow window in the room. Too little to cool it over the night. No fridge means no cold drinks either. And also the shower nozzle is not fully functional. Water is fighting its way out of that 😵 But there is a nice lobby and also the room looks good. We did get a surprise snack around 10.00 pm. All put together I would say 'Better try one of the other hotels in the neighbourhood.'"

To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! "The service at this Yushu branch was excellent! I arrived in the middle of the night, but the staff and security guard were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with finding a parking spot and carrying my luggage without a single complaint, showing great enthusiasm. It was a really good experience. There's a school nearby, and a fantastic steamed bun shop close to the school. Plus, in May, there were even peach blossoms by the roadside – a lovely surprise!"

"The Hanting Hotel Xining Railway Station Zhongfayuan is a brand-new Hanting 4.0 location, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel boasts a superb location, very close to the train station, making transfers and catching trains incredibly convenient. The Zhongfayuan commercial area is right downstairs, with a wide variety of restaurants and convenience stores, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping.
The guest rooms are newly renovated and bright, meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors in the corners. Each room has individual air conditioning, allowing for independent temperature adjustments. The mattresses are of medium firmness, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains provide excellent light control in the morning. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, a stable 24-hour hot water supply, and ample water pressure from the showerhead.
The front desk staff are warm and attentive, checking you in efficiently and patiently answering any questions. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is especially useful for travelers on long journeys. The public areas are clean and quiet, creating a comfortable overall atmosphere.

"You can tell the owner is trying hard to run the business well; the rooms are large and airy. Even at high altitude, my friend and I didn't experience any discomfort. The front desk had oxygen bags, which they filled for us, but we didn't need them. Thank you for the complimentary afternoon tea—it was delicious! The front desk staff were great. The only downside was the breakfast; could the congee be served without salt, and could there be a little more side dishes? Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the coffee I wanted… but I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Overall, it's the best place in the area."

AilvyoudexiaoliThe deluxe family room at Qinghai Baiyun Xianglin Hotel was absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and bright it was. The kids' play area, specially designed for children, had a slide and a rocking horse, keeping our little one entertained non-stop. The room was exceptionally clean, and the thoughtful touches like children's toiletries and disposable toilet seat covers really stood out. Hot water came out quickly, and the mattress was super comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the warm welcome at check-in, we felt cared for throughout our stay. Drinks and towels were plentiful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it to families with children!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the central air conditioning allowed me to adjust the temperature myself. The shower had great water pressure and was super hot and comfortable. Parking was also incredibly convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though there were many people eating breakfast, the service attitude was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff in the hallways would also greet me warmly, which was really heartwarming. The front desk even upgraded my room for free because I had a baby with me, which I truly appreciated! Highly recommended!!

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

A fantastic hotel! The location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively added me on WeChat to provide transportation tips. Although it's only three stories high, there's an elevator, which made carrying luggage very convenient. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so I'd recommend bringing a down jacket. The rooms have electric blankets, and some even have air conditioning. Definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Ng siek lengThe hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group.
Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower.
Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones.
Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!
