Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.

the receptionist is good very helpful. i wasnt well when i went there so i didnt go out much. the receptionist helped me get a taxi as i dont have weixin to book it. very grateful for her help. the hotel location is good close to shopping center plus lots of resto around. the room was small and smell of smoking when i came so i need to open the window. the floors are not well insulated. i can hear whatever upstairs and downstairs doing. woke up at 2am by the occupants upstairs whom keep playing with the luggage? keep walking around?? it happen a few times.if i can suggest you better put carpet on the floor to reduce the noise.

This is a wonderful hotel! It's located in the center of the ancient city. The view from the balcony is stunning. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. The girls at the reception and the main lady are always happy to help you with anything you need. They arranged a transfer from the train station and found a driver to take us to the hotel. We then arranged for the driver to take us to Tongren Airport the next day. A little about the driver: Reliability, good attitude, quick response, and a reasonable price for the service. About the room: Very beautiful interior and design. Clean and snow-white bed linens, soft pillows, and comfortable beds. Good plumbing in the bathroom. There are rubber slippers. The shower has good water pressure and excellent towels. Hotels in the ancient city usually provide disposable towels, but this hotel had regular, good towels. I was very happy about this. 😊 The tea area and balcony access are separate, aesthetic spaces for enjoying the atmosphere of the ancient city and immersing yourself in the culture. A tip for travelers with sensitive hearing: stay out late and enjoy the night views, and use earplugs before bed. The hotel is located in the center of the ancient city, so be aware that there are many cafes nearby with loud music—an integral part of the evening atmosphere. Our room was on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, like many hotels located on both sides of the river. This is a unique and exclusive feature of this place. We knew about this, and it wasn't a problem for us. I recommend this hotel!

If you want the classic stay overlooking the beautiful waterfall experience - this is the place to stay! It has the best view in town but they don't take that for granted. The service was absolutely incredible. We travelled with a toddler and they provided free pick up and drop off from the train station. The young man who runs the hotel singlehandedly ported all of our luggage for us (even more than I handle on my own) which was AMAZING! Rooms were very clean, thoughtfully laid out and had just the right features. There's a restaurant on site with stunning views.. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent for visiting Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient. The receptionist was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the construction work taking place in the building next door, which caused some noise and disturbance at times. However, aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a great base for exploring the area.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is superb, right near Huangxing Square. It's incredibly convenient for visiting all the attractions in Changsha. The hotel staff are also very warm and attentive. Plus, they offer a 'super-long-stay' breakfast that's served until 11:00 AM, which is a blessing for anyone who loves to sleep in! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Changsha!

It is too suitable for customers to choose this one for business trips. The location is excellent, the surrounding traffic is in all directions, and it is very close to various business districts and enterprises. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, the room facilities are complete, the bed is comfortable, you can relax after a busy day, the service is intimate and meticulous, the overall experience is full, and the field business trip is recommended.

The biggest surprise of my trip to Furong Ancient Town was definitely choosing to stay at Tuwangxinggong Babutang. This guesthouse is built upon the ruins of the Ming Dynasty Tusi Palace, divided into the Youyang Palace historical site area and the Babutang Cliffside B&B area. The architecture features authentic Tujia stilt houses, rooted directly into the cliff face. Opening the window offers a direct view of the Furong Ancient Town waterfall, a vista that trumps most other accommodations in town.

Excellent stay! The owner was incredibly nice and welcoming. My experience exceeded expectations – the location is very convenient, close to the commercial district, and the room was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Front desk staff were patient and enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area.
