"The room was pretty good; the lighting and decor were comfortable. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water was hot. They even provided two complimentary drinks in the room. However, the cleanliness wasn't great. I found a long hair under the pillow, and one of the two complimentary water bottles in the room had already been opened and not replaced. Overall, it was decent."

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Harbin hotel features parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"Taking Metro Line 3 is very convenient, as it's right next to Zhonghua Baroque. In the evening, you can explore Zhonghua Baroque and find great food. It's also not far from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. This is an economy hotel in Daowai District, and the service is excellent. It's clean and hygienic, and I'm very satisfied. I stayed for several nights and really liked it."

"Choosing the Magnolia Hotel for my trip to Arctic Village was an absolute gem! Its location is fantastic; it's super close to the Northernmost Post Office, Boundary Marker No. 138, and Arctic Sand Island, saving a lot of travel time. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the heating/AC temperature was just right. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the hot water supply was stable – a hot shower after a day out and about was incredibly refreshing.
The best part was the service. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient. They proactively provided information about the scenic bus operating hours and park entry注意事项, and even gave thoughtful recommendations for sightseeing routes.
The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, facilities were well-maintained, and parking was convenient. It’s perfect for solo travelers, families, or groups. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Mohe Arctic Village, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit!"

The environment is particularly nice, the room is clean, and it even has smart lighting and curtains. There's also a smart toilet. The decor is the same style as Ji Hotel, but it offers better value for money. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's within walking distance of Dongyi Pedestrian Street, RT-Mart supermarket, Wanda Plaza, and surrounded by popular restaurants and eateries in Mudanjiang."

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

Haiyan·SeasaltI've transited through Harbin multiple times, and this time I chose a new hotel to stay at, which offered a much better experience. They provide free shuttle service every half hour, allowing for flexible arrival times. The room was also more spacious, clean, and hygienic. The best part is that since the area near the airport is quite desolate and ordering food can be inconvenient, the front desk offers meal service until 9 PM, and the prices are very reasonable. Compared to other options, this place definitely has an advantage; it offers great value for money!

Shuyun_One of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

Facilities: Everything, from the inside out, feels brand new. The layout is well-designed and controls are easy to use. The bathroom is spacious with a great wet/dry separation.
Environment: It's very close to Harbin Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, and bus route 118 runs over the bridge nearby. There's also a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which is super handy. The soundproofing is excellent too, it's very quiet! Parking isn't very convenient though, so drivers should take note.
Service: The front desk staff are all very professional, polite, warm, and attentive, without being overbearing – absolutely lovely!
Cleanliness: It's genuinely, genuinely clean; a very comfortable stay.

wayneThe hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Central Street. Turn right out of the hotel and you're there. A straight walk from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral is super convenient. There are many nice restaurants nearby too, like Qiulin Russian Restaurant, Laochujia Guobaorou, and Madieer Ice Cream Parlor… extremely convenient.
The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't huge, the taste is good. Milk, soy milk, bread and jam, Chinese fried dough sticks, plain congee, and stir-fries – all delicious. My only slight regret is the limited fruit selection, just cherry tomatoes.
Perhaps due to its prime location, the room wasn't very big. But it was perfectly fine for three people. It's small but has everything you need!
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!

Lieu Munn LoongI have had a 4-night stay at this Homeinn Selected Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street) Room #308 from 23 to 27 March 2026.
The Hotel is located very near the popular 1.5km Central Street (a must-go for people who love to immerse Russian architectural of the golden era). There are many eateries and shops along this pedestrian street, so it is extremely convenient to hunt for food, especially the Russia cuisines.
The Hotel itself is not old and run down as it appears quite new, however, the building can be quite old and it can be better maintained by the building owner. It has a modest but modern lobby with welcoming sofas, with free serving of hot coffee and tea, plus free supply of bottled water! It is generally clean and maintained. The hotel staff are polite and helpful, whenever I ask for directions and recommendations of food and places of interest.
The hotel family room that I have booked is about 400sq ft - it is meant for 3! The decoration is contemporary and modern, and the double-glazed has helped to shut the traffic noise off near 100%. It is certainly spacious and clean, with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, a small sofa set, and a big TV. It does not have a so called proper wardrobe, the proper vanity top is outside the very big shower room that is separated from the powerful WC. It has strong water pressure for comfortable showers everyday. The firm mattress and pillows are comfortable for my liking.
The Hotel also has a laundry room that provides free washing and drying for hotel guests. Within the laundry comes with a treadmill, a stationery bicycle, and a workout station for guests who wish to do some simple exercise. The hotel also offers daily breakfast buffets at about ¥49 per pax, which is limited in variety but it gives a good start for the day.
At SGD S$36 per night for a very spacious room without breakfast , I find it extremely value for money, and I will surely choose to stay here again when I visit Harbin again to experience the magical winter world!

I chose to stay near the airport because I had an early morning flight and didn't want the hassle of traveling from the city so early. The hotel provided a shuttle service and it's not far from the airport. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another early flight.

I chose this hotel without hesitation when visiting Harbin, and I didn’t even consider staying anywhere else. It had everything I needed.
The location is ideal just a 2 minutes walk to Zhongyang Street, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area.
The staff are available 24/7 and always ready to assist. The room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well prepared throughout my stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin.

I originally planned to stay in Beihong Village to experience the authentic village life, as it's the northernmost village. However, due to a power outage caused by rain, I had to cancel my reservation there. While I was worrying about where to stay for the night, a Trip.com customer service representative called me, understood my situation, and helped me book this B&B instead. From now on, if I encounter any issues with a hotel reservation, I'll contact Trip.com immediately so they can address the situation faster and protect consumer rights.
This B&B is located inside Beiji Village, so you'll need to buy an entrance ticket and a sightseeing bus ticket to get in. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Their sauerkraut dumplings are especially delicious and not greasy at all. The breakfast is abundant, and the pancakes are also very tasty, with a good variety of dishes. The accommodation itself is excellent; it's a wooden cabin, very well-built, and the facilities are quite new. I'm very satisfied.

It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point!
The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay.
The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!
