"The location is super convenient! A ten-minute walk to the left takes you to Qiulin Company and Fendou Food Store, and another ten minutes gets you to the Provincial Museum. To the right, there are many snack bars and BBQ stalls, and if you keep walking, you'll reach the Church of the Intercession. It's also a short taxi or subway ride to Central Street or the riverside. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip to Harbin, this one had the most convenient transportation. It seems they host a lot of group bookings, as there were always guests waiting to check in at the front desk every day. So, available rooms might be limited and you should book quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, very patient and meticulous, and even assisted me with contacting a courier (੭ •_•)📦"

"The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, the front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were efficient, the location was convenient and the soundproofing was good, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. I would definitely choose this place for my next stay!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, especially close to St. Sophia Cathedral and relatively near the subway, making getting around very convenient. The room was quite clean. I stayed on a higher floor, which was quiet, and the hot water supply was plentiful, completely unaffected by the higher floor. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, and I highly recommend purchasing it (currently, there's a promotion where you get breakfast vouchers if you become a member). The staff's service attitude was also great; they responded to messages almost instantly (the recommended 'Guo Bao Rou' dish was indeed delicious). The only downside was that being on a high floor made waiting for the elevator quite troublesome."

"Really nice hotel in Heihe. Great location near pedestrain street, not too far from the waterfront, and also lots of restaurants around. The staff is super kind and nice, and do a good job across the language barrier."

"The newly opened hotel, the health is very good, the room is big enough, the front desk beauty is very warm and attentive, although the price of more than 700 is relatively expensive, but the tourist season, there is no way. The hot water in the bath is very good, the amount is large and sufficient, the room is very warmly prepared with eucalyptus juice and mineral water, but I don't understand why the three people in the family room gave two bottles? "Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~"

"Exceeded my expectations! Location: The location is decent, near Harbin Station. Pedestrian crossings in the surrounding area are a bit inconvenient, requiring a small detour, but you'll get familiar with it after walking it once. Facilities: The in-room facilities were sufficient. I was surprised to find a faucet with filtered water – a first for me! While the hotel is over a century old and lacks an elevator, its two floors make this perfectly acceptable. Cleanliness: Very clean, from the hallways to the rooms. Service: My service interactions were limited to check-in, security inquiries upon entering/exiting, and check-out. The overall management felt like an old-fashioned concierge service. What surprised me was how few guests seemed to be staying, given the hotel's pleasant environment and good conditions. This is, after all, a historic hotel where prominent figures like Chen Geng and Chen Yun once stayed! I barely saw any other guests during my entire stay."
