"Excellent location, right by the beach and on the crossroads of Trumans Road. Check-in was quick and easy, everything was explained, and you can even self-check-in without staff assistance, as all instructions are in the booking. The room was clean and cozy, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery. Highly recommend!"

"The shampoo smells like Chinese 5-spice, which is a good thing! Wish the scent was duplicated with other amenities but the current scents are nice complements to the shampoo. Friends say I smell good! 😊 Rooms are small but sink is one of the deepest ever encountered in a hotel. Front desk staff was lovely. Rooftop impressive. Small stain on sheets. Almost looks like bitters. Would I pay full rate? Probably not."

"We had an excellent stay at Arrow on Swanston! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and Melbourne’s main attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. "Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. "It’s a very nice cozy hostel, which located close to the beach, tram and bus station. And also close to skybus stop, where you can go to the airport directly. The bed was extremely comfortable, I like it so much! And there is a bar inside the hostel on the first floor with nice vibe. One thing there is no elevator, because I had a big heavy suitcase. But the staff helped me to bring my suitcase on the second floor, I appreciated a lot!"
