"Warm welcome by receptionist. Awesome service. Quality and service at par excellence. Very much near to train stations. The Best Western was perfectly fine for my one-night business trip to Melbourne—clean enough and very well-located. My only real complaint is that basic amenities were missing; there was no toothpaste or bottled water in the room. It didn't ruin my stay, but adding these simple comforts would go a long way for short-stay guests."

"Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. "Had a great stay at ibis Melbourne Central. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport options within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it offered great value for money and made exploring Melbourne very convenient. I would happily stay here again on my next visit."

"Overall, not a bad hotel. The location is very convenient; all major city attractions are within walking distance. Everything is clean, the reception/foyer areas are pleasant, and there's a cozy lounge in front of the cafe entrance where you can read a book or just pass the time if housekeeping is cleaning your room. The housekeepers are Chinese women, and there were no complaints about the cleaning. It was nice that they changed the bed linen every 2-3 days without us having to ask. The room is certainly very small, but it's perfectly fine for one person, especially if you're there for sightseeing rather than spending time in the room. The miniature window overlooks a wall with AC units and oddly only opened to a 15-centimeter gap at the bottom. Holes in the window screen (mine had a torn screen on this small window) would be a problem in the summer, but no bugs will fly in during a winter month. The room renovation is relatively recent. There's a nice backlight above the headboard. The duvet covers are the same as in Africa, by the way – two regular sheets on either side of the duvet. In the shower, it's inconvenient that there's no handheld showerhead, only an overhead rain shower. There are no toothbrushes with paste or hair conditioner, so keep that in mind. What is provided: shower gel, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, wall-mounted air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, kettle, and everything works perfectly. Bottled water isn't provided because there's no point: the water in Australia is very clean, and everyone drinks tap water. Regarding breakfast: in the 16 days I spent at this hotel, the menu never changed. What you see in my photos here is what was in the cafe every day, the same items in the same spots. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help."

"recently stayed at ibis budget Melbourne CBD from May 12 to May 18. The location was very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was simple and clean, suitable for travelers looking for an affordable place in the CBD. Some areas could be improved, such as room space and soundproofing, but overall it was a comfortable and budget-friendly experience. I appreciate the hospitality and would consider staying again for a short trip to Melbourne"

"Our stay was fine. Staff polite. Food on site was ok. Wanted to store our luggage before able to check in but the area available had a shutter door which didn’t lock. Some rooms over look boarding kennels. Nothing in the area apart from URBNSURF great place to have food and watch the surfing. Three little Ducks food excellent definitely recommend here ."

"Excellent location, right by the beach and on the crossroads of Trumans Road. Check-in was quick and easy, everything was explained, and you can even self-check-in without staff assistance, as all instructions are in the booking. The room was clean and cozy, with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery. Highly recommend!"

"Was surprisingly good for the price. Rooms are large and clean. Shower head is the huge rainfall one. Water was nice and hot Heated blanket on bed with an aircon unit in the room. Has a TV as well. Overall the staff were really nice and I’d rate this 4/5 for motels. Would recommend the ‘superior’ rooms. Loved this place overall"
