"I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience."

"The location is excellent. Walking to everything! The room is all stylish, but not all functional. For a couple of nights sleep will fit, and it is better for one, because things are laying nowhere. 4 shoulders, and all... shelves or closet aren't. No and the tug. Nowhere in the building...)))) The air conditioner is, but even at 18 degrees it doesn't cool. It was hot. The windows are not open as the morning is a rumble of garbage, and the open windows haven't saved. They are in the yard, no air traffic. But the loudest thing is the cleaner of the cart on the floor with a tile, pulling it out of the elevator so that you jump in the room. The metal thunder on the cafe... The thunder bottles in the garbage... In general, it is exactly not a place for sleep. Also, the hotel does not provide him with information that he agreed to move with you to another room and a late check-out... to me the cleaner came twice. The second time I was in the shower and very scared. I have no room for settlement on the code castle so far... The smell of food and the sounds of life of all people will be brought from the balcony as it is a yard with a residential house where residents are living their usual life. In general, the impressions are extremely controversial. The aesthetics of the building, yes, but not comfort."

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

CaicaixingzoushoujiVery close to Graz FlixBus station, but the route given by Google navigation here is not correct, it is a fast road, no zebra crossing the road. Note that at the back of the station, there is an underground passage across the road, which is also very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the hotel.
The hotel is very welcoming, the people are very friendly, the service is very good, the uncle who greeted me also brought me some food, gave me a detailed explanation of how to open the door, how to get to the city and how to get to the station, especially good people.
The basic facilities of the room are complete, simple but comfortable. Breakfast can be ordered with fried eggs, so happy.
The 32 bus into the city is very convenient, 20 minutes. Take the bus directly to the terminal, on the edge of the old city, walk to it.

Originally planned to swim Harstadt, staying here overnight, the first reminder is: here to Harstadt to drive an hour and 15 minutes, so the home must leave enough time, and avoid driving at night, because there is a long mountain road. But this hotel is very good value, I thought it was wrong, but I accidentally hit the Austrian ski town Schladming, and made a surprise trip. The hotel room is spacious and the sanitation is excellent. From the front desk to the cleaning, the breakfast is full, and even if there are many fun in the summer town, the cable car can reach the top of the mountain 3000 meters, overlooking the beautiful town, glaciers, sea of clouds, a panoramic view of the mountains, you can ride in the mountains, glide, mountain hiking, waterfall, The stream, great, stayed for another day. And many projects for in-house guests in the town are free. There is no tour group, suitable for those who know some English to play, it is recommended to this hotel, there is a cable car at the entrance of the hotel, there is a small town tour bus, free for in-house guests. Next time you come to Europe, you are ready to come here, away from the city, and really relax yourself.

Impeccable! In addition to the automatic check-in machine crashed when I checked in, 😅 I called the hotel customer service and quickly solved it. The hotel facilities are very new and the space is large. I stayed for two days. I went to Lake Traun and Harstadt one day. I went to San Wolfgang and Goshao one day. The traffic is very convenient and you can park at the door. There is a capsule coffee machine, the decoration is very modern and simple, the room is large enough, the surrounding supermarket shopping center restaurant is complete, and the window is open.
