Everland is one of South Korea's larger comprehensive theme parks, composed of five major themed areas: Global Fair, American Adventure, Magic Land, European Adventure, and Zoo-Topia, each with its own distinct architectural style and ride theme. The park features dozens of attractions, covering types such as roller coasters, rapids rides, and carousels, suitable for visitors of different age groups. One of the park's signature attractions is the wooden roller coaster Monimo RUSH (formerly T-Express), located in the European Adventure area, designed with an Alpine village theme; its track undulates and winds along the mountain terrain, with a first drop angle approaching vertical, making it renowned among Asian wooden roller coasters for its drop height and steepness. The Zoo-Topia area is another major highlight of the park, where visitors can board the wildlife safari tram Wild Tram and observe the activities of lions, tigers, and other wild animals up close from within the safety of the carriage. Panda World is a place in South Korea where visitors can see giant pandas, and the pavilion incorporates multimedia technology to enhance the viewing experience, housing giant pandas "Ai Bao" and "Le Bao" along with their cubs. The garden area of European Adventure presents different scenery with the seasons, and the park regularly hosts themed floral events featuring tulips and roses. Global Fair is located near the entrance, themed around architectural elements from various countries, and concentrates dining and souvenir shops, making it a suitable stop when entering and leaving the park. In addition, the park also has a filming location for BTS's single "Dynamite" music video, attracting many fans to come and take photos. △ [Monimo RUSH] Like the winding and rugged Alps, at a speed of 104 km/h with a 77-degree drop, it's incredibly thrilling and exciting! △ [Wildlife World] Observe fierce beasts up close! Come experience the more vivid Wild Tram together. △ [Panda World] Combined with high-end IT technology, going beyond a simple panda viewing experience, this is the only panda exhibition hall in South Korea, and we look forward to your visit! △ [BTS Dynamite MV filming location] Come check out the filming location of BTS's hit single "Dynamite"! Get your own photos just like theirs √

Lotte World Adventure is a large theme park complex located in Seoul, South Korea, which opened in 1989. The entire park consists of two main parts: the indoor area "Adventure" and the outdoor area "Magic Island." The indoor portion is unaffected by weather and can be enjoyed year-round. The outdoor Magic Island is built on an artificial island and is connected to the indoor area by a monorail, creating a dual experience that combines both indoor and outdoor fun. The park brings together a variety of rides with different themes. The indoor roller coaster "French Revolution" is one of the signature attractions, while the Magic Island area features more thrilling large-scale facilities such as a high-altitude drop tower and the Atlantis roller coaster, alongside classic family-friendly rides such as the carousel and pirate ship, covering the different needs of children through adults. The park regularly stages grand float parades and sound-and-light shows, creating a rich dreamlike atmosphere. Lotte World Adventure has also served as a filming location for numerous Korean dramas and variety shows, with its indoor carousel and ice rink being particularly favored by visitors. Renting Korean school uniforms on-site, changing into them, and taking photos in various themed areas has become a distinctive experience for many visitors. The complex also houses cultural facilities such as the Korean Folk Museum, enriching the sightseeing experience.

Namsan Mountain Park

Namsan Mountain Park is located in the heart of Seoul and is one of Seoul's representative urban parks, with N Seoul Tower standing atop the summit. Namsan Mountain rises about 270 m above sea level with gentle slopes, and from the top visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of downtown Seoul, making it a long-time popular destination for residents to relax and take walks. The attractions within the park are distributed from the summit down to the foot of the mountain. The summit centers on the tower, where the observation deck offers a sweeping view of Seoul's city skyline; the love lock wall beneath the tower is widely known because multiple Korean dramas were filmed here, making it a favorite photo spot for visitors. The summit also preserves the remains of a beacon fire station from the Joseon Dynasty used to transmit emergency signals, which has now become a lookout platform where visitors stop to gaze into the distance. Following the trail leads to the Palgakjeong Pavilion, a pavilion suited for rest and viewing that also attracts many visitors thanks to its appearance in Korean dramas. Walking down the trail from the summit, you can see cable cars moving slowly through the mountains, and the vegetation on both sides of the trail changes with the seasons, becoming especially lively during the spring cherry blossom season and the fall foliage season. At the foot of the mountain is the fountain plaza, well known because the Korean drama "Lovers in Paris" was filmed here. Beside the plaza is the Ahn Jung-geun Memorial Hall, in front of which stand monuments engraved with Ahn Jung-geun's handwriting. Descending the steps from the fountain plaza leads to the "Samsoon Stairs," named after the Korean drama "My Name is Kim Sam-soon," which attracts many drama fans to visit. After nightfall, the tower lights up and complements Seoul's nighttime cityscape, making it a highly favored viewing time for visitors at Namsan Mountain Park. Multiple trails within the park connect the summit with the various areas at the foot of the mountain, and whether you choose to hike up or take the cable car, you can experience the atmosphere of Seoul's city and nature blending together along the way.

Purchased Everland tickets through Trip.com at a fantastic price of less than S$40 per person, compared to the official gate price of KRW 68,000. Such great value! The redemption and park entry process was smooth and hassle-free.We were especially excited to see the famous meme marmots in person — they were every bit as cute as we expected! The park also had adorable capybara plushies dressed in Korean sheep hats (양모리), which were hard to resist. The zoo was surprisingly entertaining, and among all the attractions, our absolute favourite was Snow Buster! We had never experienced this kind of ride at any other amusement park we’ve visited, making it a really unique and memorable highlight of the day.Overall, we had a wonderful time at Everland. Great ticket savings, smooth entry and plenty of fun experiences. Definitely recommend booking through Trip.com!

Caribbean Bay is the largest and most famous water park in South Korea. It is located in Yongin, right next to Everland theme park. It features thrilling water slides like Mega Storm, a giant wave pool, and a lazy river to relax in. There are also large indoor pools and warm spa facilities so you can enjoy yourself whether it is too hot or rainy. The park is kept very clean and safe with plenty of lifeguards on duty. However, if you go during the peak summer season (July and August), it gets extremely crowded, and you may have to wait 1 to 2 hours in line for rides. It takes about 1.5 hours to reach from central Seoul, and extra fees apply for locker and life jacket rentals. If you pre-book your tickets online and go early in the morning, you can avoid the crowds and have an incredible time!

Lotte World Tower is impressive day or night, but we loved it most after dark when the whole facade lights up. Inside the mall there's a detailed model of the tower, and outside next to it there's a garden with white arches that glows at night and is great for photos. We combined it with the aquarium and dinner in the mall. Easy to reach from Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8).

Amazing value! Seoul Land offers the romance of this summer. It has water rides, thrilling attractions, shows, and fireworks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. The staff are all very friendly. A few rides have a separate fee, but it's not expensive. Most rides don't require a second payment. The log flume is a must-ride! The flying insect ride is also a must-ride! It's very convenient to get there from downtown Seoul by taxi, which goes directly to the parking lot at the entrance.

In the height of summer, Seoul Tower is more tiring with its uphill climb, but less of a hassle waiting for the cable car. It's a must-see attraction for first-time visitors. You can choose whether or not to go up the tower at your own expense; it's similar to the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai. The all-glass bathrooms inside the tower are a major highlight! 😂
