Umatsu Park is located to the north of Amanohashidate, and is an excellent viewing platform overlooking Amanohashidate, from which you can see the landscape of Amanohashidate's "Oblique Ichimon". If you look at Amanohashidate with "step down" (that is, bending over and looking backward from between your legs), Amanohashidate looks like a bridge in the sky. After arriving at Umatsu Park, it is recommended to visit the pine tree called "Umatsu" and the observatory called "the birthplace of the straddle view". Take the cable car (about 4 minutes) or the chair lift (about 6 minutes) from the cable car station next to the Rome Shrine to get to Kamatsu Park. There is also a bus to Chengxiang Temple.Miyazu · 12.1km from Ine

Ine is a fishing village near Kyoto, located about a 2-hour drive from the city center. It is rich in resources, with thriving fishing and agricultural industries that provide an abundance of ingredients. Ine's houses are built along the coast, with the first floor constructed over the water. Fishing boats returning late can sail directly into the first floor to dock, much like a garage for a villa. The second floor and above serve as the living rooms and bedrooms for the fishing families. This type of architecture has a beautiful name: "funaya" (boat house).Ine · 6m from downtown

The roundabout bridge is a bridge connecting Amanohashidate and the land of Manjusri Hall. When there are large ships to pass, the swing bridge will rotate 90 degrees to let the ships pass. In 1923, a manual slewing bridge was built. Later, with the increase of large ships passing under the bridge, an electric slewing bridge was built in May 1960. When visiting Amanohashidate, if you are lucky, you can see this bridge spinning.Miyazu · 15.2km from Ine

In the ancient capital, there are shrines and temples everywhere. This one is a bit niche so there are not many people, but everything you need is here. The architectural style is also full of ancient charm and Zen. The red torii seems to have become the most standard building in the shrine, which is very local!

Chionji Temple is one of the three Manjusri temples in Japan. It is dedicated to Manjusri Bodhisattva, who is in charge of wisdom. Every year during the exam season, many candidates and parents come to worship and pray for good exams. As soon as you enter the temple, you can see the mountain gate called Golden Pavilion. It is said that it took 7 years to build and is very magnificent. In order to pray for success in the exam, the temple has a fan-shaped fortune stick. Hanging the stick on the pine tree means expecting good things to happen and bad things to pass quickly. In addition, the multi-treasure tower and iron bathtub in the temple are nationally designated important cultural properties and are of great historical value. Dear students, remember to come here to worship.

Hidden within this room lies the charm of nature. Pushing open the door, verdant greenery greets you first. Leaning against the window, the murmuring of a spring fills the air, while mist and haze drift into the room along the window sill. Each season presents its own unique beauty here: spring brings forth new bamboo shoots, summer offers lush shade, autumn fills the courtyard with the fragrance of osmanthus, and winter sees snow tapping against the window. Every detail in the room reflects thoughtful consideration: the mattress's firmness perfectly supports a tired back, the toiletries have a pleasant, non-irritating scent, and a warm, yellow light awaits you at the door when you return late at night. This is not just a temporary resting place, but a sanctuary for the soul. After a few days, even the most tense nerves gradually relax, allowing you to rediscover your most relaxed state.

Довольно неплохая смотровая площадка с интересной архитектурой. Будьте готовы к очередям в предзакатное/ закатное время и к тому, что выход из здания занимает даже больше времени, чем вход в эти часы. В целом довольны посещением.
