The guide was fantastic! It was just the two of us and him! He was always helpful with my mom, who struggled with the steep sections! He was always willing to help. He was at the meeting point as the activity description said! From the beginning, I asked him if we could walk back together to the starting point, and he said yes. When we finished, he dropped us off at the exit and told us to take the bus. Maybe I didn't understand him correctly! Obviously, we took a taxi since my mom was exhausted! But overall, it was a great experience.

Our family of four had a great week up on the mountain with Claudio in Zermatt. He showed us around the mountain from different starting points on different days, and we spent a day skiing to and in Italy! He was flexible to start where/when we requested each morning, and he was happy to take all four of us or just the kids, depending on what our needs were that day. Claudio was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and he sent us pictures of the kids at some of the scenic spots. Our skiing skills improved vastly over the week. We’d definitely recommend Evolution and Claudio.

You must buy this if you go to Switzerland to make your life easier... just choose the train anytime without having to buy a ticket, especially if you have a very limited schedule, because buying tickets also takes time.
