The itinerary was reasonably well-planned, but required getting up early (around 5 AM). Our tour guide, 5815, was very responsible, providing attentive and professional care throughout. The weather was fantastic; we saw the golden sunrise on the snow-capped mountains, the beautiful Blue Moon Valley, the magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the highly recommended Impression Lijiang! Before entering the scenic areas, you'll be taken to service areas where they try to sell you oxygen cylinders and altitude sickness medication, which was a bit off-putting. The one oxygen cylinder per person included in the package is sufficient, and I don't recommend buying anything extra. Locals told me that the oxygen cylinder effect is mostly psychological; just maintain a calm mindset and take it slow while hiking. The lunch included in the package was very simple: a clear broth hot pot with cabbage and tofu skin, etc. The chicken was negligible and not particularly tasty. There are many dining options within the scenic areas, and it's convenient and won't disrupt your itinerary; you can consider finding your own food.

They were all pretty good! I'll choose Ctrip again next time I go. It's easier to allocate time for independent travel, and you can go to the places you want to go.

The tour guide respected the tourists' decisions throughout the trip, and the itinerary was very well arranged. The hotel was also very clean. We were lucky to be assigned a room with a balcony, although the balcony was a little dirty, and the balcony door lock was a bit unreliable; it opened easily with a little force, which was a bit unsafe. The room number was 3206. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Everything else was great, and the hotel breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, the Ctrip vacation itinerary was excellent!

My wife and I booked a private tour. A private car picked us up from the hotel lobby at 5:30 PM. After the entire itinerary (Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Sunrise, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Ice & Snow, Impression Lijiang VIP, Blue Moon Valley, and a one-way sightseeing train), we returned to the hotel lobby by car a little past 6 PM. It was nice not being rushed, and it was very helpful that they provided immediate feedback via WeChat on any questions we had along the way.
