A wonderful tour! The group was mostly Chinese, but they dubbed everything in English. Everything was on schedule. The itinerary was excellent, and I visited places I hadn't had time to see during my stay in Osaka. There was a very interesting matcha brewing workshop. The bus was a bit of a letdown; it broke down on the way home, but we still got another hour in Kyoto.★

Apple, our tour guide is friendly and knowledgeable on the itinerary places. She is well prepared before and during the day trip, she personally notified me the day before departure on the trip info, assuring not to miss the embarkation. She did likewise during the trip on the info for places of visit and recommendations as well.★

We had an amazing day with our guide Jasmine, who accompanied us from Osaka to Nara, Uji and Kyoto. We had a comfortable minivan transfer and even could take our luggage with us. We were the only family of four so it was like a real vip excursion. We enjoyed the best of Nara park and the guide kindly accompanied us across Uji and the beautiful Uji museum, showing us the best shops and places. In Kyoto we not only visited the best sights, but also found a big Totoro shop with the help of Jasmine, the visit of this very shop was our family’s big dream and it came true, thank you! We loved our trip and we are very grateful for giving us a warm welcome in Japan.★

It was raining so heavily that I debated whether to ride or not, but I eventually decided to go. They handed out raincoats, so the ride went well. Of course, even with the raincoats on, taking photos or videos was a bit difficult, but it was still one of the most memorable tours. I think it would be fun to ride it on a nice day while enjoying the night view!!!★

I recommend boarding after sunset. It is truly worth the view. The guide was friendly and set the mood well, so I had a great time. It was also very nice that they recommended good restaurants in the area during the cruise.★

Your reservation for the activity is confirmed in just one minute! The cruise wasn't originally in my plans, but I had some free time in the middle of the day, so I booked it on the spot while looking for something to see. I didn't realize I needed to reserve a seat, so I bought an unassigned ticket, but I still only had to wait about 30 minutes before boarding. It seems they assign people without reservations to a spare boat, and it was actually better than I expected. I liked that I could go on the day without a reservation—even though booking is required—and see the activity with such a short wait. The price wasn't much different, and it was a very satisfying activity.
