I went to Shangri-La and Lijiang for a total of three days. I ran to Shangri-La on the first day. It may be that our own physical fitness is average. The altitude sickness is very strong. I didn't play at all the next day. I went directly back to Lijiang; the tour guide and the driver master are quite good; If you want to go to Yunnan again, it seems that you can only go to Dali, Kunming, and Wuhu, these lower altitudes. . . .Trip.com Picks
