For some reason, I couldn't use data roaming, so I used the airport Wi-Fi and train Wi-Fi and contacted customer support via LINE. They said, "I understand simple Japanese, so I'll do my best," and provided me with thorough support. Excellent SIM card. We used it in the UAE and Oman. We got the 1GB per day plan—it was always enough for both internet and navigation.
