The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.★

We had a great short tour to Nami Island with our guide, Jordan. His planning was smooth, he gave us free-and-easy time, and he shared interesting introductions about each place we visited. We went with my parents. They enjoyed the program – there was plenty to explore at the weaving factory, and they enjoyed the radish tea party. The "Instagram cafe" was also very impressive – it was fascinating to explore the interiors and stroll around the grounds. The buns there were reasonably priced and very tasty, but the coffee was expensive. We recommend the mugwort latte. At the traditional market, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the offerings and even bought a few edible souvenirs. The downside is that half an hour is definitely not enough; you'd want more, as you need time to get your bearings and sometimes negotiate or explain things to the vendor. The royal lunch was interesting, the place was authentic. It was a great opportunity to try a variety of traditional fillings. However, be prepared that you won't like everything; you definitely won't be able to eat everything. Everyone loved the cars! Even my timid mom. Therefore, we definitely recommend booking two trips at once; the price isn't that high. Our driver was also very pleasant, calm, and helpful. We got everywhere on time and didn't worry about anything.★
