Going to Disneyland during the Spring Festival wasn't a great idea, but we still had a pretty good time. Picking up tickets at Huanggang was convenient; we originally booked for the day before, but had to reschedule for the next day due to travel plans. The staff at the Huanggang branch were very patient and their service wasn't compromised by the huge crowds; they even wished us a good time. The Disneyland Express shuttle bus was convenient, but it was incredibly crowded because of the Spring Festival. There were queues at customs, queues for the bus, and queues for every ride at Disneyland. One tip: Disneyland offers Fastpass reservations for several rides and shows. You can get a number first, then queue for other rides, and return at your reserved time, significantly reducing entry time. However, Disneyland feels a bit like a large boutique; food and drinks are extremely expensive. The Sleeping Beauty Castle fireworks weren't as grand as I expected, but they were still very spectacular. I didn't buy a round-trip ticket for the Amusement Park Express bus, so I took the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui, then took the Star Ferry across the harbor. I saw the Convention and Exhibition Centre and the Golden Bauhinia, which were under external repair, and then rushed to Mong Kok for stir-fried snails... It was already late at night. I took two overnight buses to Lok Ma Chau and crossed the 24-hour Huanggang Port back to Shenzhen. An unforgettable trip!!!
