Highly recommended, saves a lot of money and time queuing. You get a voucher via Trip.com which must be exchanged for the "real" Innsbruck Card at the tourist information office.

Really enjoyed seeing the Swarovski Crystal Worlds museum and grounds. One note--many people said bus stop is hard to locate. It is challenging. My tip--- when you are at the train station in the area of the shuttle stop, look directly across the street & you'll see the Konak cafe sign from the shuttle stop signpost. Hope that is helpful to another tourist.
