After my fixed-wing experience at Milford Sound in New Zealand, I was worried about getting my overseas credit card deposit refunded, as cross-border coordination is inherently difficult. I'm especially grateful to the Ctrip staff for their quick follow-up and proactive efforts in communicating repeatedly with the overseas merchant to push for the refund to be submitted.
