The tour was easy to find and on time. The guide has loads of enthusiasm for his job and makes your time with him really enjoyable. The trip was loads of fun especially for someone who is looking for an introduction to an adrenaline speed boat trip and wondering if it will make them feel motion sickness. It certainly didn’t and it gave us loads of laughs. The guide even pointed out various locations and landmarks I between spinning. Would recommend.★

It took four adjustments before we finally got on the flight and saw the fjord, but it was totally worth it! The owner was incredibly dedicated, answering every question and patiently explaining things. He even proactively helped with potential itineraries and helped secure a seat.
Furthermore, the weather check and departure times for my final itinerary were at 1:00 AM China time. I had planned to call and confirm them myself, but the owner was so persistent that he helped confirm them. I was so touched! I highly recommend this place! It was a great choice!★

The travel agency arranged a free taxi to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the designated bus stop to wait for the tour bus. The process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. The guide was humorous and took us to several unique spots for photo opportunities. We were very grateful to them! Milford Sound has many waterfalls of varying sizes, which are spectacular and breathtaking. It's a view I've never seen before; the ocean is truly vast!★

Fantastic steam ship- full of history and the view of the crew stoking the coal fire and the view of the engine was a bonus. Full bar and refreshments onboard. Very organised and punctual. There is an option to have a meal at the other side of the lake - would highly recommend★

Luckily, Queenstown was blessed with a rare sunny day (starting tomorrow, it'll rain for at least ten days straight), so at 11 PM last night, we suddenly decided to scrap our original plans for the Fiordland Islands and start booking helicopter tickets to the snowy mountains. Fortunately, we found a super reliable agent, and after much trouble, we finally secured a spot on this morning's newly added helicopter flight. However, this morning, as we arrived at the agreed pick-up point and waited for the minibus to pick us up, we received a call saying the flight had been canceled due to insufficient passengers. Fortunately, after negotiating with the airline, the flight was rescheduled for this afternoon. I spent the entire morning and afternoon feeling anxious. The itinerary wasn't officially confirmed until an hour before departure, and the agent was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, helping to communicate with the airline. Finally, we were lucky enough to board the last helicopter of the day—all that perseverance and patience paid off!
