This was my first time using this service. There are huge delays for passport holders from other countries. It took over an hour in Ho Chi Minh City on my last visit to Vietnam. Furthermore, I was entering the country alone, so if I went to the bathroom along the way, I had to wait at the back of the line, which further delayed my suitcase collection. This time, I applied for fast track. I communicated via WhatsApp, and the response was quick, so it was convenient. I carried a small suitcase on board and used fast track. I contacted them via WhatsApp from the plane after landing, and they replied right away. Since my JAL flight to Hanoi arrived at night, the normal immigration line looked like it would take about 45 minutes. Just before that, I spotted my name on a signboard. I gestured, "It's me," and they said, "Follow me!" and took a few people with me to immigration, where there was no line. It was completed in 3 minutes. Since I had my suitcase with me, I just went outside. It was quick, so I was glad. I was able to check in more than an hour earlier than usual, which allowed me to be energized and active the next day.

The fish were so visible, and the staff even took us to another spot with a better view! We had a great time in a cleaner spot with more fish than we did in Da Nang! This was the most satisfying part of our trip, and the staff were all friendly. The snorkeling was great, and the value for money was great. The food and fruit were delicious! I'm so grateful to the staff for taking care of my kids without making them feel scared! I definitely want to do this again next time I visit Nha Trang.
