Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

We had a great time. We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the pier, and put on a boat with everyone else. We visited three islands where we snorkeled. It was quite beautiful. It was a bit boring, but the guys were great; they did their best to make sure everyone was comfortable. I recommend it.★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

I was able to get through immigration fast track so it was super convenient!! Especially if you're traveling with parents or children, you absolutely must do Jintsu!! It's super easy in terms of physical strength and gives you plenty of time, so I highly recommend it!!★

If there was no fast track immigration, my trip wouldn't have been comfortable from the beginning!! It saves time and I don't have to use up any energy, so my stamina is better. The staff were also very friendly, which was great!!
