The scenery is beautiful, and the food is delicious. June is a better time to go, as it's still quite cold in April. The only downside is that you have to pay for beach admission when you stay at the hotel, which is a bit of a rip-off.

Kayaking was a lot of fun and Rakel, our guide was really knowledgeable about the history and geography of the region. She was super friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour early and she made us coffee and brought us biscuits to enjoy whilst sitting on the jetty in the sun.

The boat trip was excellent, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Our guide Jana (apologies if I spelled the name wrong!) was very funny, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Ludwig the captain too, I felt safe in his capable hands. I learned a lot about the beautiful city of Stockholm. The boat is quiet and as it’s smaller, the tour feels more personal than on a bigger boat. The tour is also excellent value for money. After doing the boat trip yesterday, I was able to identify areas I wanted to explore further on foot today.

We did the walking tour of Stockholm old town this morning and would highly recommend it! Our guide was Dante and he was great- really knowledgable and friendly. The tour includes lots of history with plenty of fun facts too and the tour is a great way to see places you would have missed otherwise. Thank you very much!


