We had Natalia as a tour guide today and she had so much knowledge it was wonderful to listen to her and learn so much from her. She told us so much history and had such insight it made the whole trip and experience so worth while. I couldn’t recommend her enough she was so pleasant and knowledgeable and she made the tour so enjoyable

The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.

the Tour was a great mixture of explaining the history, the context and the meaning behind some of the buildings or frescos. Elizabeth was excellent and made the tour flow with knowledge and humour. would fully recommend.


