It was a fantastic day trip with a well-planned itinerary, and we had a great time at all the places we visited. Our guide, Ms. Kim, was very skilled and provided excellent explanations. She was also very approachable and reserved, unlike some other guides who tend to be more assertive. The natural scenery of Kyushu is absolutely stunning, even surpassing that of Kyoto. The Kyushu Zoo was perfect for a hot summer day, as you can enjoy the entire visit from an air-conditioned vehicle. Yufuin Town and Lake Kinryu were places I'd always wanted to visit, and this trip finally fulfilled my wish.

My grandmother and I were traveling together, and I thought we needed to add a day to the tour, so I signed up in a hurry the day before! The tour was filled with so many fun memories. I wasn't really looking forward to the safari, but I thought the animals would be relatively free-spirited and similar to Everland. But seeing the animals up close was a truly wonderful experience. Even my grandmother, who has been to many places over the years, enjoyed it! We also went to Gamado Jigoku, where the locals bought something like sweet potato steamed buns. It wasn't anything special, but they sprinkled salt on them, and the salt was delicious. However, since the phones weren't working for tourists, there was no way to contact them if they weren't on time. So, we left at least 10 minutes late. Furthermore, the day I went was Japan's biggest holiday, so we were delayed and couldn't see the main attraction, the Umi Jigoku. It was such a shame. For those participating in the tour, please be punctual and cooperate so everyone can reach the designated locations.

I took the tour with my elementary school-aged child. Wendy, our Chinese guide, was very friendly and helpful, and the tour went smoothly from start to finish. Although her Korean was a bit awkward, she made every effort to communicate with us. The zoo exceeded my expectations, and we were able to travel to Yufuin and back comfortably. I'd love to visit again with my mom~~^^

Our tour guide was a beautiful woman—professional, enthusiastic, and her explanations were very clear! She even helped us find my child's backpack, which was left in the zoo's restroom. When we returned to Hakata that evening, a colleague was already waiting to return it to us. The whole trip was well-organized, covering several important attractions—it was great! Much more convenient than exploring on our own! I'd definitely consider booking a day tour next time!
