I went on this tour today and at first I was nervous about it because my Chinese skills are still in progress, but right away the company, our driver, and the other group members made me feel at ease. Everyone included me and they all tried their best to help me understand when my language skills were lacking. Our driver, Mister Chen, was incredibly friendly and he made sure to ask us what we preferred every step of the way. He gave sound advice on suggested activities and allowed us plenty of time to explore each place and take as many photos as we wanted. There was never any sense of being rushed like on big group tours. Mister Chen even bought us a watermelon to share at lunch time which was so thoughtful! If you take this tour, I’d highly recommend you request him! The tour is very well planned and there was clear communication throughout. Overall this was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

The tour was in Mandarin, but that didn't stop us from completing the route even though we didn't speak it. The guide also explained the route in English to avoid any complications.

The organizers handled our WeChat contacts very well. Extremely courteous and helpful. Impeccable service. The driver was a delightful lady, always attentive to our needs. The upgrade to a private tour (there were no other participants) was greatly appreciated! Pickup and drop-off directly at the hotel. The car was brand new, comfortable, and spacious. The places we visited were enchanting, especially the chrysanthemum garden (it wasn't the season, but it was beautiful nonetheless). We were certainly fortunate to enjoy a magnificent, sunny day with just the right amount of freshness. The waterfall is very (too) crowded, the line for the shuttle is long, and they're currently working on new routes near the waterfall, so there are construction sites (not very pleasant). We chose not to go horseback riding. The tour was perfect! The only negative note, which isn't due to the organization, is that there don't seem to be any pleasant restaurants in the area, and the food selection is very limited.

The entire journey was exceptionally pleasant. The itinerary was perfectly paced, avoiding any rushing or tiring, and allowing ample time for sightseeing. Special praise goes to our tour guide; their professionalism was top-notch, providing vivid and detailed explanations of the history, customs, and culture of each attraction, brimming with valuable information. They attentively looked after the children throughout the trip, patiently answered everyone's questions, proactively recommended authentic local cuisine, and skillfully avoided any hidden costs. There were no hidden fees, and they were easygoing and humorous. The driver was also highly skilled and experienced, ensuring a smooth and stable long-distance journey with proper and safe driving. The ride was comfortable and smooth throughout, and the vehicle remained clean and tidy at all times.
