I activated my e-SIM at the airport in Russia. Upon arrival, I switched the SIM card in the settings and everything worked. All services worked, and Max calls to Russia were seamless. I haven't contacted customer support, so I can't rate this feature.★

Drei is the carrier. It works great, it's easy to set up (scanning a QR code installs the SIM card right away), and I've tested it – it has a good signal and good speeds in Turkey, France, and Spain. I'll buy more when I need them.★

The cost performance is excellent! It was very cheap and I had a solid connection in both Istanbul and Cappadocia! A great eSIM for Turkey! I bought it in advance, activated it before my flight, and connected immediately upon landing in Istanbul. The speed was stable, and the 20GB data lasted a week with plenty to spare (maps, messaging, and stories). No problems at all. Inexpensive and convenient, highly recommended!
