Roy was an amazing guide. Such a beautiful trip and experience. Niagara Falls in general was much more impressive that I expected, but Roy really made it. Superb recommendations and the tour on the way home was so additive to our experience in Canada. Niagara on the lake, the wineries, the historical sites…couldn’t believe how much we fit into one day. I’ve done day trips like this all over the world but this was certainly one of the best. Roy was so additive to the experience and couldn’t recommend him more strongly. Plus a great upgraded vehicle.★

Without a doubt, one of the favorite cities in Canada (Toronto).
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by C.J., he introduced us to everyone in our group. We felt welcomed, it was such a friendly atmosphere, we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour were extremely good, very flexible , and he deserves a special thanks. We had hours of a great time, which obviously also added up to the experience.
C.J. is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking with the small group (six of us) through the area(s) in Toronto (on land and on the water). The distillery district was beautiful, and it was a relief to walk in such a peaceful environment.
The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for C.J., who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide!

The falls are an experience everyone should take in. Our private tour with transport was a great way of leaving the negotiation of significant traffic most of the way to the driver so we could take in the sights along the way. He was very informative along the way. Once at the falls we were dropped at the table rock visitor center where you can walk along the river and see the falls from above and then take the behind the falls tour (highly recommend) and/or have lunch or drinks overlooking the falls. From there we were driven to the city cruise dock for an up close view near the base of the falls on the boat. The complementary ponchos are mandatory as it is very wet but also exelerating. Definitely worth it. From there you can choose other attractions such as the floral clock, butterfly farm, Niagra on the Lake Town (recommended) and wine tasting rooms depending on available time. You can then sit back and savor the day's experiences in your comfortable suv on the return to Toronto. Our driver/guide Pirapa was very knowledgeable, personable, and adept at maneuvering his suv smoothly through traffic. My only regret is that most attractions have eliminated skip the line for all but very large groups. Still I would not trade that fot the comfort and luxury of our private tour.★

An excellent tour. Far above expectations. A wonderful guides who (Lina) who told lots of stories with enthusiasm and joy for her job. Well organised, keeping us on time and making sure everyone was back on the bus on time. Compliments also to the driver. The bus was clean and comfy with good views. We did a couple of additional activities (Behind the Falls and the Boat tour) which were equally excellent. Again our guide got us to the entrance for each activity with clear instructions on what we would do and where to meet up. The 2 hours of free time was also just right to a joy the view while walking the promenade. Compliments to the organisers, driver and especially our guide.★

Thanks to our tour guide Mr Shah. It was an amazing day from the start. They were very organized and on time. Everything was fabulous and we had a lots of fun inside and out of the bus.
