My flight was delayed by 6 hours on the day of departure, but both Ctrip and the airline handled everything very well. The return claim process was also expedited with the guidance of customer service. Overall, Ctrip is getting better and better, and their service is up to par. Very satisfied!

🌟 Five stars out of 10! Absolutely fantastic! I especially want to give a big thumbs up to tour guide Li Mengge and the travel agency! This Huashan tour was truly an unforgettable experience. Tour guide Li was incredibly professional throughout. She confirmed the meeting time and important notes with us in advance, and upon arrival, she led us directly along the optimal route, going west up and north down without getting lost. She also patiently explained the history and perilous stories of Huashan. It didn't feel like a typical group tour; it felt more like a friend showing us around. The itinerary was very well-planned, not too rushed, and allowed time for photos and rest. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the pick-up and drop-off were punctual. Tickets, cable car, and shuttle bus were all handled in one place, saving us the hassle of queuing. Pure tour with no shopping stops and transparent pricing—a huge plus! We were exhausted at the end, but also incredibly happy! I highly recommend this agency to anyone wanting a hassle-free Huashan climb! You won't regret it! A fantastic experience, I wanted to share it with you all.
