I connected according to the instructions, and everything worked fine upon arrival at the airport, but the speed left much to be desired. After requesting a carrier change, they showed me how to change it manually, and my internet speed increased significantly. I'm satisfied with the service. 7

Everything used to work perfectly. Now l'm having issues with WhatsApp messenger-- notifications arrive, but messages don't show up in chats, and they can take 30 minutes or more to appear. It's the same with calls--all messages immediately go to missed calls, leaving no option to reply. Meanwhile, the internet is still working, and other messengers are working fine.

I didn't contact support because the internet activation and operation were trouble-free. The coverage is good, except for the signal that dropped in Ichesar. We got it back in Goreme, and everything is fine. It's worth the money!
