Everything was very well organized from start to finish. The pickup was quick and on time, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I especially appreciated how the itinerary was adjusted when needed to avoid long queues — it showed great planning and care for the group.
Our guide, Mạnh, was fantastic — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the tour both informative and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this tour and the company to everyone. Thank you for such a great experience!★

Beautiful scenery, comfortable bus, good buffet. Overall, I liked everything. The only two downsides: 1. After meeting at the office, the bus travels through central Hanoi to pick up tourists from their hotels—it takes an hour in traffic. I think it would be easy for tourists to walk to the travel agency office in 15 minutes. In that case, they could save an hour and leave later and sleep longer. 2. Trang An. Everything is very beautiful, but two hours on a boat is very tough in every sense, and it gets boring. I think an hour is enough. By shortening the boat trip, we could avoid the crowds when boarding, increase traffic flow, and, therefore, increase the income of the boatwomen.★

I chose this tour despite the lack of reviews and was 100% satisfied. Our guide, Ti, was very pleasant and cheerful. He spoke fairly good English and didn't push any extra services. The bus was very comfortable, and everyone was given a bottle of water. On the downside, it was cold on the bus, but this is a base for Asia, so we were prepared and brought warm jackets. The tour was well organized, and our guide shared a lot of interesting information. All tickets for the route were included in the price; we only tipped the boatman, who rowed for almost two hours non-stop. The food was also great; everything was delicious and there was a good selection. When we arrived in Chang Ang, we quickly went straight to the boats without waiting in line, but when we were returning, we saw that there was already a huge line for the boats, which the guide said would take about half an hour. We were very pleased with the tour. I recommend it 💪★

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.★
