Had a great experience. Did the 8:30am tour and there was only 3 of us. Saw lots of birds and crocodiles and one crocodile came really close to the boat. Was amazing. I recommend ★

What a fun day. Enrique was our guide and was fantastic. On our last day in Costa Rica we had flown into San Jose and were looking for an activity to do. So happy we decided to do private ATV tour.
I grew up 4 wheeling, so I loved having my kids get to experience it. Fantastic trails - shallow rivers, mountain trails through a farm - saw cows, horses, iguanas, lot of mud to go through if you wanted. Stopped and took a few family pictures. Rode down to the beach and Enrique pointed out a mom and baby sloth!
We had drinks and tacos at the restaurant back at the base. Mojitos and tacos were delicious.
Ended up being a perfect last day and one of our favorite excursions.★

Just a great tour all around. From the beginning the tour company contacted me with all the details and kept me updated every step of the way. The van driver was pleasant and the van was clean and spacious.
Once at the ATV place the team there was friendly and informative. They gave us all the remaining details and told us what to expect. The only thing I would recommend is to let people know in advance that it is helpful to bring your driver’s license with you too. Luckily we had ours but we didn’t know they needed it.
Luis met us and took us to the ATV’s at a location not far from the office. He went over the rules and safety info and we were off. Had a blast. Went through fields, rivers, jungles, and finally the beach. They had a guy positioned out near the river to snap photos of us for sale at the end.
They all more than earned a 5 Star review. I highly recommend this adventure and look forward to doing it again the next time I’m in town. Thank you to everyone that works there and made our trip so much fun. Pura Vida!!★

Reviews: From San Jose: Jungle, Beach and River ATV Adventure

The activity was great, a lot of fun. I’ve been on Quads a few times and often we avoid, puddles and big drops etc this was the opposite. We went through rivers up and down rough muddy terrain and the guide was great went at a good speed and made sure everyone had fun. We got time to spend at the beach and relax and then after they took us to a local waterfall where we could wash off, perfect activity and a bargain. I’ve never had to leave a damage deposit before doing this kind of activity so that was a bit annoying you are given the option to pay $40 per quad to get out of the deposit which seems to be a complete money making scam. Given the age of the vehicle and the type of activity some damage is expected although if you follow instructions you should be good and our deposit was refunded at the end of the trip: no one check the quad before or after
