This was a very unusual and novel sleeper bus trip. HK bus service was excellent; they picked us up from the hotel, and getting our tickets and boarding the bus at the bus station was also very smooth. I slept through the night and traveled from Sapa to Hanoi. Thank you, HK!

The new train was okay. My boyfriend is tall, so we booked separate compartments. For me, I'm an easy sleeper, so it was comfortable, but my boyfriend said it wasn't as comfortable because the compartments are short, and he had to curl up his legs all the time.

An experience that lived up to my expectations. The booking was perfect, and instead of the meeting point, a company employee came to get me and escorted me to the bus. The bus was clean and air-conditioned, and the reclining seat was comfortable and had a massage function! A bottle of water and phone charging outlets were available. I slept for three-quarters of the journey, even though there were two scheduled stops, which I didn't use. The very winding road leading to Sapa woke me up. Upon arrival, a free shuttle from the Hong Kong company offered to take me to my hotel, while the bus was being cleaned for the return trip right before our eyes. In short, a reliable and organized company with quality buses. I encourage you to try them without hesitation.

We had a wonderful and comfortable ride to Tam Coc. Our hotel was near West Lake, and we arrived at the meeting point near the Central Cirque. We were dropped off right at the hotel door. The cabin was comfortable, the music was unobtrusive, and we loved everything. We booked a return transfer the same way, and after confirmation, we asked to reschedule it for a later time. Our request was easily accommodated. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it! The best value for money.
