Reviews: [Can be departed from Kyoto or Osaka] A day trip to Amanohashidate in Kyoto, Chion-ji Temple, and Ine Funaya.
Guest User2026-09-13
The guide at Seo Geum-bong gave great explanations, pointed out good photo spots, and even took pictures for us, so I had a very enjoyable tour. I was worried about the weather, but even though it was a bit hot, it was pleasant to walk around. It was much better than a tour that only visits shrines.
Reviews: Kyoto Amanohashidate + Ine Fishing Village 1-day tour [Includes Amanohashidate cable car ticket and Ine Bay sightseeing boat ticket]

I wanted to visit Amanohashidate and Ine from Kyoto, but going on my own would be troublesome and I'd have to keep track of bus schedules, so I decided to book a day tour. Our guide was the beautiful Li Songlan, who seamlessly switched between Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin – she was incredibly skilled. She even cracked some corny jokes every now and then. Thanks to Lanlan for the thoughtful arrangements and recommendation. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable day trip.
Reviews: (Departing from Osaka/Kyoto) Sea of kyoto 1-day tour: Amanohashidate, ine boat houses & ine bay cruise

The tour guide managed the time very well, providing ample explanations for each attraction. The day trip was incredibly good value; paying the price of your own round-trip transportation to join a tour with private car service made it a very worthwhile investment!
Reviews: 1-day tour of Kyoto Tango Sea Train + Sea of Kyoto + Ine, including train fare and optional boat ride

Nestled between mountains and the sea, Ine's boathouses offer tranquil and beautiful scenery, like stepping into a quintessential Japanese fishing village painting. The itinerary is well-planned, not too rushed, allowing for leisurely enjoyment of the seascape while also providing an immersive experience of the local culture and way of life. The boat tour offers a close-up look at the unique charm of the boathouses, with the gentle sea breeze creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Roman (小渡) for their warm service and professional explanations. Their detailed explanations along the way and attentive care made the entire trip more enjoyable. Whether it's your first time in Kansai or you're looking to explore Japan's hidden gems, I highly recommend Ine!
