Huge, well-maintained, and clean spa facility. Definitely a positive experience. When we entered in the afternoon, there weren't that many people, at least in the adults' area. The guide was friendly and helpful, but he didn't speak Italian, so be careful with tourists who don't speak English. The bus was a bit uncomfortable as it was fully booked.

Amazing tour! Adam was a the best tourguide. He had lot of knowledge to share and was great at explaining it. The whole tour was amazing, with mesmerizing nature and a view into the locals and their dayly lfe. We where amazed. Would recommend both the tour and Adam for everyone, it is definitely worth it. We even got recommendations for the rest of our visit in Krakow, and we got the taste the most delicious meal, ever.

Went on the zakopane for the first time we had a fantastic driver called Janek he was so polite and was telling us history and information from the moment he picked us up till we got back to our drop off destinations. I would definitely recommend booking this tour.

Amazing trip Casper our guide was amazing. He communicated with me regarding pick up times and gave lots of great trip information. On the day he was on time and very bubbly and chatty. Always trying to make us laugh. He sent messages, checking we were OK and giving reminders of meeting points and recommendations for places to see or eat. Then when the trip was over he said we could contact him anytime if we needed help while visiting Krakow. An amazing tour and an amazing guy! You will even learn a few Polish words. 🤣

Our guide Pawel was lovely. Couldn’t really of been any better. We felt very relaxed and well looked after. Pawel listened to my mums interests and tailored the day with little extras to suit her interests. I’d recommend to friends with no hesitation.
