Chef Lat is awesome. The open air kitchen set up is fantastic. Her staff is diligent and the class ran really smoothly. Chef Lat is very organized. All the prep work is done and we just had to toss everything together with her step by step instructions. I think I can make the dishes when I get home. She also sells some of the herbs and spices she used in her recipes. Chef Lat is also very animated and entertaining with her awesome personality.

Beautiful sunset experience. Ian was great as I was a complete novice, instructions were clear and the water was lovely when I fell in! And I followed up with a sunrise tour too!

Wonderful cooking experience with Geng. Good service to be picked up. We went to an authentic market and were introduced to lots of Thai ingredients. He has a lovely open air kitchen with all the appropriate gear. The cooking was easy and we were well instructed. We cooked authentic Thai food from the local region of Ko Samui. The food was simple yet delicious and loads of it. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great experience and a really well organised activity. Booking was quick and easy with simple instructions. The menu sets change depending on the day of the week. Four dishes have as a good variety of more popular dishes and the local, less well known flavours. Promptly collected from the hotel at the agreed time, first spent 15-30 minutes at the local food market. Geng was happy to answer all the questions. Outdoor kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We were in a group of six. Welcome drink was a nice touch. With Geng and his wife (and mother) nearby, they were plenty of staff available for advice and instructions all the time. The recipes are not complicated but very tasty. Geng and O were able to explain the role of each ingredient in the recipe and advice on the alternatives to use when cooking back home. Each person made four delicious dishes, which have it's plenty to eat. They boxed up any leftovers we wanted to take with us. Water, tea and fruit was offered. Pictures taken and shared with the group. Great experience, highly recommend it.


