Excellent. Thought provoking, interesting, educational. It was a delight to experience the restaurant and the kitchen, even though unable to taste! We could use our imagination. This event needs more than just a couple of hours. We will need to return to experience it again and involve ourselves in the things we did not have time for in this occasion. Just brilliant!
