A huge thank you for such a spectacular day trip! Covering Lake Como, Lugano, and Bellagio in one day felt like a dream, and it wouldn't have been the same without our wonderful guide Katya and Carmilino the coach driver. Katya truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire day. She was incredibly helpful and clearly did her absolute best to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The useful information she provided from the history of the villas on Lake Como added so much fun and value to the tour. This is a day that I will always remember!

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Absolutely stunning day! It was a long one, but completely worth every penny. We got to see so much of Lake Como, honestly, without a car or organised tour, we wouldn’t have been able to visit even half of what we did. The boat ride across the lake was a real highlight, offering breathtaking views and making the whole experience even more special. Bellagio was absolutely beautiful, with charming streets, incredible food, and some amazing gelato. Lugano was just as stunning, we visited the gate, picked up some delicious chocolate to take home, and of course enjoyed even more gelato. It was a full day with plenty of walking, but truly worth it. Just a beautiful, memorable experience from start to finish.

Beautiful family tour with our excellent Guide Maria Christina, who was very kind and informative every step of the way. The Driver, Salvatore made us all feel safe and welcomed. Also he takes great pride in his bus as it was always clean, comfortable and in good condition. Great day tour to experience scenic views and relaxed atmosphere. Be careful if you're using the bus during the Olympics. Because roads are closed, even if you go to a location that's been announced in advance, you'll be told, "The bus doesn't depart from here." Be careful if there's an event going on. The bus was comfortable and there were no delays.
