I was using a different eSIM before. It was cheap, had good reception, and good customer support, but I wanted something even better value, with a wider range of days and countries, and easy to use, so I found and purchased this eSIM! I was using it in two countries, Barcelona and Paris, and the process when I was in Japan was easier than before! The setup was so easy I was surprised! I used it on a European trip to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Paris. I set it up in Japan before I left, so it connected immediately upon arrival. It was set up through the app, not by scanning a QR code, but it was set up so quickly I'm a little worried about what to do before I leave. While traveling around Europe, I sometimes had no connection at all, but a friend of mine had the same problem with a different eSIM, so I don't think it's a SIM issue.★
