Fantastic! Excellent! Book your hotel in advance, confirm the nearest meeting point, and then place your order. After ordering, check your email for the itinerary and confirm the meeting time and location. The merchant won't contact you beforehand; just arrive early on the day and wait. The bus will pick you up on time. The guide will provide commentary along the way, and there will be time to buy bread and coffee for refreshments. Once you arrive at the salt mine, the guide will take you to the entrance by scenic bus. After agreeing on the tour duration and meeting time, you're free to explore. The return trip is also to the same meeting point. So efficient!★

We get assigned with Otilia as guide and Gelo as driver. Gelo drove the bus smoothly and we hardly feel unnecessary sudden brakes (unlike typical Uber drivers in Romania who seems to always try to win Paris dakkar). Otilia is resourceful and represent the Fun dark humour of Romanian. It was sort of close to last minute plan for us so we didn't buy the entrance tickets to the castles. I wish the options are available as although it might be slightly more than published rate, the guide efforts is appreciated and also the easiness to enter the venue.★

Dani the guide was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful.
Good value for money - a long (apx 12hours) but great day - lots packed in and all 3 stops were fab.
Tickets from Dani are €60 (or 300 Lei) for entry to both castles, extensive information for both castles and for the black church in Brasov. Payment can be cash or card but you need data on your phone for card payments as you have to follow a link from a QR code. The bus leaves promptly at 7am but there is a strict no eating on board policy so have breakfast before boarding (drinks were allowed).
Lots to see on the drive also - get the feel for real Romanian. Would definitely recommend. 5stars 👌
