Fantastic experience. Great communication from Nina leading up to our arrival, so we knew what we needed, where to go, and what to expect. Our guide, Johnathan, made the outing wonderful. He expertly spotted wildlife, got us close to it so we had clear views (laser pointer to highlight the more camouflaged creatures), supplied binoculars when needed, and taught us so much about the flora and fauna we saw. I think the only things we didn’t see were snakes or toucans. Otherwise, we experienced so much: white faced monkeys putting a circus show on the river bank, various squirrel monkey families up close (normally shy and hard to see), lots of crocodiles, a caiman, huge grasshoppers, scarlet macaws, a river turtle, basilisks, tiger herons, green herons, shorebirds, bats, kingfishers, vultures….then all the plants! Highly recommend this experience for an affordable way to see the wonders of Costa Rican wildlife with a great guide to broaden your knowledge as you go! Thank you for a super time!
