After purchasing the tickets, the tour guide immediately messaged me on WeChat and said I needed to be at the park entrance by 2:45 PM. Our taxi was delayed, so we'd written down that we'd be arriving at 3:00 PM. The guide replied that the tickets wouldn't be valid. I begged us to wait, saying we were on our way. We arrived at exactly 3:00 PM and had to wait in line to get in. The guide gave me the tickets and simply left! There was NO tour! It was just a ticket purchase. The show started at 6:00 PM. We walked around the entire park in an hour and then just waited for the show to start. The show was great, we really enjoyed it, but we had to wait a really long time.
