The car pick-up, drop-off, and various charter services were excellent. The staff, Yuan Wei and Mr. Zhang, were truly dedicated to serving their guests. I hope to meet them again next time. They recommended restaurants and reminded us to be careful, and since I was traveling with my baby, they were very kind to the child. They also recommended a hotel for my next stay. Although the recommended restaurants and hotels were a bit pricey, the service and food were definitely worth it. I'll definitely use Ctrip again next time.

I wanted to use the A'REX from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport, so I purchased tickets for two people at once. The purchase was easy, two QR codes were displayed consecutively, and I could easily save them as photos. Since payment was already completed, all I had to do was print the tickets with plenty of time to spare before going through immigration, which was great because there was no confusion! I would like to use it again in the future!
