The bus was on time, the hot spring environment was beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded, which made it a lovely experience.

A very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with lake views. The steam sauna, fed directly from the natural geyser, is a unique feature.

Reviews: From Reykjavik: Blue Lagoon Comfort admission with transfers

A truly unique experience. The place feels timeless, nestled amidst the black lava rock. Between the baths, silica masks, sauna, hammam, and waterfall, time flies. We were there with two teenagers, aged 17 and 13, who absolutely loved it. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day with partly clear skies. It was less crowded than we expected (perhaps it was the low season in October?), and we arrived around 11:00 AM and left around 3:30 PM. We were just missing instructions for the return transfer, but the Blue Lagoon staff and the other drivers helped us (and GPT chat!).
